LUXURY BEACHHOUSE/ LARGE HEATED POOL/ 3000 sqft

*July 18-25 available l.One week minimum stay during summer peak season. We do have Aug 9-14 available for a shorter mid summer stay. Some dates in April/May/June/September available.
Luxury accommodations await you in this like new beautifully decorated 3000 square foot reverse living LEHYC home. The home was built the summer of 2019 and sleeps 12 in the five bedrooms, including three suites! The master suite is on the third floor and has a king bed and an outdoor shower right off the adjoining full bathroom....you don't see that everyday! On the second floor, there are two Jr. Suites each with a queen size bed/ adjoining bathroom, and two additional bedrooms each with two twin beds and another pullout twin bed in each (sleeps 3 in each room). The home is situated on an oversized lot with a 14 X 30 ft HEATED pool, an elevator to all three levels, beautiful custom woodwork and hardwood flooring throughout. Enjoy the 12' ceilings in the great room and kitchen on the third floor right off the expansive balcony housing high end outdoor furniture including a covered outdoor dining table. Additionally, there is a family room on the middle floor with a second beverage fridge and a covered balcony. Amenities include quartz countertops throughout, a gourmet kitchen with 6 burner WOLF range/oven and wine fridge, 3 flat screen TV's, internet access, video game console, second outdoor shower on the ground level, outdoor gas grill, beach passes, two zone central air, and a gas fireplace. We just added a six person dining table near the pool deck (not pictured). We take very good care of our home to make sure it is neat and tidy for all guests. Newly washed bed blankets are provided for each guest.
Nestled right between the beach and the bay, it's about a block and a half to each. The road to cross to the beach is only two lanes and not busy. Grab the beach chairs/beach wagon provided and head to the surf where Iroquois has beach access and lifeguards on duty, or stay home and relax on the chaises by the pool. You won't want to miss the amazing sunsets on the rooftop deck! All the Beach Haven shopping, groceries and restaurants just a short bike ride away….

Luxury in Beach Haven

Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Tamara was highly communicative in advance of our stay, making sure that everything would be easy for us. And it was. This home is brand new, with a great layout, beautiful decor, and lots of natural light. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for the ten of us. Beautiful kitchen to make breakfast each morning and have coffee on the spacious patio. The kids loved their rooms, and the great selection of games (board games and Switch). The pool is fantastic: great layout for lounging, plenty of shelf structure for the kids, and HEATED to the perfect temp. Beach and bay are close-by. And West Avenue is perfect for an early morning run, or nighttime walk. I’d highly recommend this wonderful home for a Beach Haven stay!

Amazing!

My family & I recently stayed at this property. The owner was amazing with communication, always getting back to me right away. The house was extremely clean, the decor was beautiful, kitchen was fully stock with every flatware/utensil, it truly felt like a luxury vacation. The amazing pool, rooftop and deck, proximity to the beach, bay and stores made it the perfect spot, especially with children.
