This 70 sq. m apartment is located on the 6th floor with a lift and includes:
- a cosy living room with a comfortable one person sofa bed,
- a balcony with a splendid view overlooking the bay of Antibes,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a bedroom with two single beds,
- a fully equipped kitchen (stoves, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwaves, dishwasher, kettle),
- a bathroom with a tub,
- hoover, hairdryer, washing machine, ironing facilities,
- TV, Wi-Fi, fan,
- an underground parking lot.

Note that the building dates from the 1960s, so the sound and heat insulation is not perfect.

##Neighborhood

The apartment is located at the edge of the Mediterranean seafront, along the pedestrian promenade from Nice to Villeneuve-Loubet, close to the Hippodrome. You will be able to access easily to a couple of well-known attractions like Marineland, the old Antibes and the Picasso museum of Antibes.
On the seashore, you will find many restaurants, bars, shopping centers and at the foot of the building, there are dozens of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, snacks, games for children, bike rentals as to not miss a second of the southern sun !

- Cagnes sur mer train station : 15min walk
- International airport Nice Côte d'Azur : 10min by car or 30min by bus.

Welcome to our home!

You'll be welcomed by this panoramic view of the Mediterranean sea from the large terrace where you can take your breakfast while enjoying the first sunbeams of the day... Our apartment of 70 sq., located on the 6th floor of a beautiful residence (with two elevators, after a dozen steps) can accommodate up to 6 persons for a familial or friends stay.

The bright living-room, equipped with a sofa bed for two people, is convivial (TV and Wifi included) and opens onto the terrace, just like one of the bedroom with a double bed. The other bedroom has two simple beds. All bedbases and mattresses have been changed in May 2019.

Our apartment is very comfortable and will help making your stay unforgettable thanks to its nice view... Relax ! You'll feel like home and be able to prepare and cook your own lunch and dinner thanks to the fully equipped kitchen (stoves, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwaves, dishwasher, kettle).

To ensure your comfort, we provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and a washing machine.

A private parking is also at your disposal.

This apartment is located few hundred meters from a supermarket, as well as all the usual shops: hairdressers, clothes, florist, gas station...

## Transit

The best way to enjoy the seaside is to take a long walk along the pedestrian promenade but you can also use buses or rent a bike at the foot of the building.

The train station of Cagnes Sur Mer is 15min walking away from the apartment and Nice Côte d'Azur International Airport is 20min away by car or bus.
