Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, will be undergoing exterior renovations starting on August 18, 2025. Theses renovations are expected to be completed by April 2026. This project is a pre-planned renovation by the Home Owners’ Association and its management which The includes repairs to balconies and building exteriors. Guests may experience disruptions, including noise associated with the renovation, limited access to some areas and pools, and temporary changes to entryways. Beach access and condo entry will remain available throughout the project. Rates have been reduced for the renovation period.

During the month of March, alcohol is not allowed on the sandy beach, but is allowed at all pool areas. The city of Panama City Beach typically restricts beach access during the month of March from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

YOUR CAR PASSES WILL BE IN THE CONDO ON THE DATE OF CHECK IN. YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION WITH YOUR DOOR CODE AND ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. The door code is sent to the guest's personal email address used to book the condo.

Internet instructions and contact phone numbers are posted in the condo on the refrigerator.

RELAX, ENJOY, GO BAREFOOT in our one bedroom condo located on the fifth floor of Tower 2 at Long Beach Resort. The unit number is 505. There are fabulous gulf-front views from both the living area and the primary bedroom. The bedroom has a grand king bed with brand new mattress and box springs purchased in May of 2022.

The bath has double vanities and a new luxurious walk-in shower. The living room has a sleeper sofa and a new swivel rocker and new coffee table. . The balcony is super spacious and can be accessed from either the primary bedroom or the living room area. There is brand new balcony furniture (one sofa/loveseat, two club chairs and a coffee table.) Try one of the areas many restaurant's or eat in. This condo has a full kitchen and seating for 4 at the table.

Breakfast on the balcony, fun in the sun, sharing a magnificent sunset, a good night’s sleep on the grand king bed, waking-up and beginning the adventure all over again.

Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of America's sugar white sandy beaches. The resort features 2 Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping. The Hang Out Bar and Grill is conveniently located at the Lagoon Pool.

Long Beach Resort has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building -- not across the street -- not in a high-rise tight-spaced parking garage! Beach Service offers rentals for, jet skis, parasailing, etc. The condo included two beach chairs with an umbrella included in the rental.

This is a NON-SMOKING Condo, PETS are NOT allowed, and RENTER must be 25 years of age or older.

Super-Wal-Mart, restaurants, and shopping are within walking distance. Golf, zoo, Shipwreck waterpark, Pier Park outdoor mall, theaters, and Ripley's Believe It or Not are just a short drive away.
