About this property

A very private and comfortable retreat

Unwind in this lovely cottage between Mougin and Mouans Sartoux. It is surrounded by a open hilly green countryside and many hectars of gardens, grass fields and unique and interesting historical water gardens for you to see! There is unlimited space for you to walk through hills and in the orchards on this private estate all year around. Honeymooners would love it here!
You will have an open plan fully equipped modern kitchen, with new dishwasher, oven and gas hob and expresso machine, fridge and separate freezer, a guest toilet and even a laundry room with tumble dryer, washing machine, iron board and iron.
The sunny salon has internet and TV, HiFi and some good books.
There are many candles in Glas holders for outside, a protected terrace for dining and the big terrace in front of the house for sunbathing and resting.
The bedroom is super cozy with the most comfortable 5* mattress, a terrace door with mosquito screen to outside gardens and the attached bathroom gives you lots of space for a bath or shower! Lots of closet space and shelves! Bath towels and a big towel for the pool for each guest is available!
The interior is immaculate and tastefully combined.

A 12 m diameter round swimming pool is situated in the gardens with lots of space for lounges about 4 min walk and has a comfortable big pool house with shower and toilet and a big salon.
The owner is always available if you require help or advise and you are welcome to share the gardens and property!
You are only 15 min away from Cannes and many villages like Antibes, Valbonne, Opio, Theoule and Grasse offer things to look at. Top quality Gym Fitlane is in short distance for daily work out.

When you arrive you will enjoy the enormous space - have a drink on your terrace and inhale the peace!! A bottle of wine and some nibbles are waiting for you !
Secure private parking is available on our property.
We offer long term stays as well.

Wonderful stay in lovely house quiet in the countryside

My husband and I spent a lovely week at Mrs Jardine’s property. The small cottage where we stayed, is furnished and decorated with charming and refined taste. It is located in a wonderful park, which includes a very nice swimming pool. Mrs Jardine is very welcoming. We recommend strongly to enjoy a holiday in this place.

Beyond Spectacular!

Pure magic! This little house is absolutely perfect in every way. It is beautifully appointed and decorated, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the privacy and serenity of the position amongst the peach orchards is something rarely found so close to the coast. The gardens are delightful, and the swimming pool is perfect and very private. The terrace outside the house is an oasis of calm and beautifully scented with jasmin blossom. Irma was a very kind and attentive hostess and so much care was given to making our stay comfortable. I could happily stay here for the rest of my life!

Fantastisch vakantiehuis in een PRACHTIG domein.

In de zomer van 2016 hadden we het geluk om een ontspannende vakantie door te brengen in het gezellige zeer comfortabele vakantiehuis dat met zeer veel smaak en liefde was ingericht voorzien van alle moderne comfort. Elke dag opnieuw hebben we genoten van de rust en de prachtig, gigantische tuin die wederom met veel liefde was verzorgd. Het zwembad en poolhouse was buiten onze verwachtingen. We kijken met veel plezier terug op deze fantastische vakantie en de schitterende ,warme gastvrouw. We zouden al o,ze vrienden en familie aanraden om hier zelf te komen ontspannen. Bedankt. Dikke Kus

Ausgezeichnet. Ruhige Lage für Erholungssuchende. Haus bietet alles für zwei Personen. Park mit zahlreichen Vögeln inkl. Papageien.

Why they chose this property

Our property is unique for this part of the world because the region is a green zone and protected. Our property gives freedom, peace and it shows nature at its best - green parrots, many butterflies and so many birds are everywhere! The enormous size of land is great for walks and joggers.
Great for honeymooners and guests who want to be totally away from the buzz of daily life!
However you can drive in 15 min to attractive villages like Valbonne, Cannes, Antibes, Grasse - just to name some.
The house has everything you need !
This is a unique place for all seasons. Relax and unwind here - the minute you arrive ! On your arrival you will find a delicious bottle of wine and tidbits with it! Enjoy it !

What makes this property unique

because of the enormous size of our estate you can stroll around and feel free! Sit on the terrace with candle lights . Actually you want to stay around your house for the atmosphere and comfort.
If you need something I shall be there for you!
You will find good towels, linen bedsheets and a fantastic 5* bed. Good soap is supplied. You have a great bathroom with 2 basins, shower and bath tub.
The kitchen has everything you need and it is generous room to cook!
It is my aim to give comfort and help at any time.
