Excellent 2 month stay at David’s splendid location. Upon arrival, meeting David was like seeing an old friend. There was excellent communication from booking 11 months out until our arrival. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was excellent with a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Publix was 1 block away. We loved sitting out by the waterway outside our unit. We will be going back and will look forward to seeing David and Babette

Beverly and her husband Greg were the perfect tenants quickly. They became close friends almost family. I enjoyed having coffee in the gazebo with Beverly each morning and enjoyed evening evenings with her and Greg out at the fire pit enjoying the view. Even if they don’t come back as tenants, I hope they come back as friends and we keep in touch. Thank you both for making this a memorable experience.

Clearwater Beach, Island Estates 2 + 2 Apartment

We were so pleased with owner "David". He is fabulous, helpful and easily contacted ... and the apartment was GREAT!! ... A very clean and well appointed home ... wonderful neighbourhood, fabulous amenities at your fingertips ... extremely walk-able in a very safe and quiet community area ... A brand new Publix is just one block away and the Clearwater Aquarium just 2 blocks away ... we also had so much fun fishing off the back dock and at Sandy Key (10 minutes away) and the historic downtown St-Petersburg area is incredible ... we will most definitely be back ... Thank you very much David !!!!

My two tenants from Canada were a pleasure to have. I got to know them on a personal level. The actually improved the property while I was there! They left property in great condition and always gave me feed back. Francine and Daniel were my first tenants through VRBO and they are always welcomed back. If there were more than 5 stars for a rating. I would give it to them.
