Felix Saenz - Holiday Penthouse Malaga City

This luxurious brand new penthouse is located on the 5th floor of Malaga's famous building Malaga Felix Saenz, which was considered the most privileged location of the city at the beginning of the 20th century. It was completely renovated in 2011.



The accommodation is on the top floor of the building and offers a large living room with a flat-screen TV, sofa, dining table and access to a narrow balcony overlooking the rooftops. The living room has access to a fully equipped kitchen; on the charming terrace, you will find a dining table and breathtaking views of the city. The bedroom has an extra large bed, a bathroom with shower, a wardrobe and also has access to the balcony. This apartment is of exceptional quality and is perfect for a romantic getaway in the city.



The accommodation has air conditioning, high speed internet, internet TV. Parking is only 100 meters away from the apartment.



Please note that that the building façade is currently undergoing renovation, with completion expected by June 2026. As a result, views from the terrace may be partially obstructed, and you may notice some noise and dust during your stay.

This was the perfect apartment for two guests it could not have a better location, and the whole team was extremely friendly throughout our stay. Carlos was kindly able to meet us at our desired check in time and was even a bit early, then he provided us with great local information. The view from the outdoor patio is so nice that it makes it hard to leave, but when you do want to explore, everything you want is in close proximity. Would recommend it to any visitors and hope to have a chance to come back soon!

This is a spacious apartment in a good central location. It's perfect for a couple, has a comfortable bed(very important!), lovely terrace, good kitchen, a smiling, friendly doorman and is quiet at night. Although the apartment was not available for our entire stay in Málaga, we were keen to stay there again and accepted the move after four nights. We have already been there 3 times. The architecture of the building is as unique as the location. The apartment has everything you need for a perfect stay. The view over Málaga is great and the small terrace is very comfortable.
