- Main living area has pullout sofa bed, propane fireplace, TV and cool little peanut chairs
- The bathroom has double sinks & a tub/shower
- In house laundry facilities
- Magical surroundings at this oceanfront property with wonderful views, large yard. great for walking.
- Fully equipped cozy eat in kitchen with an island and a turret area for dining
- Close to various boat clubs, hiking & walking trails
- Costco, downtown Halifax and other major shopping within a 10 minute drive
- Crystal Crescent beach is approximately 10 to 15 minutes away. We supply the beach bag and towels for you.

sweet stay

The property was lovely and accommodated us five ladies nicely. We were even able to manage with one bathroom. The location is tricky, but Uber drivers seemed okay with the challenge. :) I'd like to review the management team, though. The original property we were to rent became unavailable on the very day we were to inhabit it. The management team engaged and found us this relatively comparable location. I do not know if it was less or more expensive than the one we had booked, but we had to make a decision before our plane took off from Calgary. We made it work and we were quite pleased with the service. Thank you for that! We enjoyed the proximity to a lovely restaurant and walkability was very good. I would recommend!

Basement Dwelling

The entire space is the basement of a home. It is advertized as air conditioned, but it is not. Manager was very responsive by installing new coolers in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, but the rest of the house, including the kitchen, living room and dining room has no cooling or ventilation, so the air in the entire space is not circulated or filtered. The furniture is worn out; i.e. arms and legs on the couch, coffee table, and chairs are loose. Upholstry is wearing out, and the couch and chairs are very uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time. Access to streaming apps on tv must be on your own account/password, with no guarantee that that access will be deleted after checkout. Please be aware that the home above you is also rented, and when occupied, every step taken by the occupants above can be heard. Great location though, and the manager is very responsive, but resolution of the issues above cannot be addressed without significant investment by the owner. We would not stay here in the future, and would not recommend it to anyone.

The entire experience was great. Easy check in. Host was super quick getting back to me when I had a small issue. I would definitely visit again!

Peaceful with lovely view in quiet neighborhood while close to downtown

Nice place to stay with a large dog. Comfortable place to relax, good sleep. Only suggestion would be, small detail- attention to details such as quality toilet paper, kitchen dish towels/hand towels. A few little touches, make an impact. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Our host made us feel very welcome.
