Nice cottage, very clean and well-kept. Walking distance to great restaurants and stores, and close to the beach, which was wonderful. Being near Main Street does make it a bit noisy at times, but overall it was a very nice stay. Rene and Eileen were very responsive and kind hosts. One small suggestion: if a washer and dryer aren’t possible, a clothes-drying rack would be a great addition for wet bathing suits and towels.

We were attending a wedding in PEC and this was a great experience! Very accessible to downtown Picton and great space inside the unit! Would recommend if you are coming to PEC/Picton

This was a very nice place to stay while we were visiting Sandbanks beach. The hosts are reply very promptly. A big plus, if staying with children, is that they offer all streaming services like Disney+, Prime,etc.. Thank you so much!

Lovely Central Cottage in Picton

Really Nice place to stay in Picton, Near the main street, grocery, shops and restaurants. Really Nice Home, well renovate. Everything you need in the kitchen. They are really great hosts as you Will find all you need, with some condiments, coffee, tea. Towells, soap, shampoo on the washroom. I recommend.

This flat is extremely well appointed, with modern appliances and a lot more room than the photos imply. Clean, modern and quiet, but just a short walk away from groceries, restaurants and the main street of Picton. Rene is a very friendly and helpful host as well.

Amazing condo, location and property owners

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this condo in downtown Picton! The cleanliness was impeccable, making us feel right at home from the moment we stepped in. The decor was beautiful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that we loved. A special mention goes to the artwork adorning the walls, all created by the owner, which added a unique and personal touch to the space. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the fantastic restaurants and attractions in downtown Picton. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to enjoy the charm of the town. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in a prime location!

Downtown Picton stay

Excellent central location, within 2 minute walk of main downtown area and close to cycling paths for those who are cyclists. The apartment was clean, with a well equipped kitchen with high end appliances - good for cooking if you choose to do so. It was perfect for 2 people but could accommodate more as there was a second bedroom. The location allows you easy access to explore the island and only a short drive to wineries in the south east of the island and to Sandbanks park. Rene was quick to respond to any questions. Would stay here again.

premier séjour a sandbanks

nous sommes allés entre amis pour un premier séjour dans la région de sandbanks pour y faire du paddle et visiter quelques vignobles nous avons été enchantés par les lieux dès notre arrivée. L'appartement attenant a une maison composée de plusieurs autres appartements offre un site accessible a toutes les commodités. nous avons été plus que satisfaits des éléments suivants ; petite ville avec plusieurs restos et cafés, épicerie à proximité pour se ravitailler et les prix des aliments tout à fait dans la norme, lieux vraiment impéccable d'une propreté exemplaire, appartement cosy propice à la détente, de tout dans la cuisine récemment rénovée et bien aménagée pour se débrouiller et faire nos repas, deux grandes chambres confortables et encore une fois impéccable au plan de la propreté, salle de bain récemment rénovée et spacieuse (seul bemol y ajouter des serviettes en fonction des convives car nous étions 4 personnes et seulement 2 kits de serviette). L'endroit est calme, grande cours arrière pour se reposer et discuter entre amis. A quelques minutes des plages de sandbanks et surtout a quelques minutes de plusieurs tres bons vignobles. Facilité de contact avec les propriétaires et réponses a nos questions rapidement en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons cet appartement a tous et nous y seront de retour l'an prochain pour nos vacances.
