About this property
Sunlit + Tranquil 2 Bedroom Home | Rewild House
We can't wait to host you at the Rewild House in magical PEC!
The Rewild House is designed for you to cozy up with your friends or your kiddos after a long day splashing in the waves or winery hopping. This two-bedroom, sunlit space is just two blocks from Main St Picton and equipped with everything you need, from coffee to a pack n play.
We call it the Rewild House because it is our hope that you will be transformed by the beauty and nature that surrounds us here in the county.
Nestled in Picton's residential neighbourhood, Rewild House is a bright and beautiful corner house, with accessible free parking and a private keyless entrance. Enter through Rewild's doors and you'll be enveloped in the light and airy energy that lives here. We have poured so much love and thought (and lots of elbow grease) into this space and hope you feel that when you stay here.
Enjoy the open concept living room and kitchen space. Imagine tons of joyful conversations as you cook, hang out, and relax together between both spaces and at the breakfast bar.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, cookware, a full-size fridge, dishwasher, electric stove, and microwave. We provide necessities such as salt + pep, olive oil, coffee, tea, and sugar. Coffee is a serious activity for us, so you'll find a drip coffee maker, french press, and pour-over. Choose your own adventure!
Peer just off the kitchen to find the cutest, most darling dining room in the entire world. With windows on all sides, you'll be able to bask in the warmth as you enjoy a meal or play a board game.
Throughout the main floor you'll find a selection of books to leaf through, children's books and a few wooden toys, a TV, and bluetooth speaker.
Head upstairs to the second floor to find the bathroom and two uniquely curated bedrooms. Amenities like cotton balls, tampons, and a hairdryer are provided.
The Forest Room is decorated with mostly plants, has a queen-size bed and an open closet with a spunky wallpaper twist that we think you'll love.
The Sand + Sun Room is light, bright, and beachy. It also has a queen bed and an open closet. This room is slightly more spacious and we suggest using the pack n play here, should you be bringing a little one along.
Guests also have access to an unfinished basement through the side entrance for storage of coolers, bikes and/or floaties. And a clothesline is provided in this space.
PLEASE NOTE: Outdoor area is not complete for the season. Will be ready as of May 1st. Step outside and you'll find cozy front porch seating, perfect for your morning coffee. Guests have access to a BBQ and shaded outdoor dining area. This is not a fenced in area.
Families with babies! We have you covered with Halo pack n play, high chair or booster, kids dinnerware, blackout blinds, bottle warmer, toys/books, and safety gates. Other things to note re·wild /rēˈwīld/ restore to a natural uncultivated state
This space is called the Rewild House because we invite our guests to 'rewild' themselves here in the county. To discover how bountiful the land is here. How healing a walk in the woods can be. Or how expansive an afternoon in the dunes feels. Rewild House will be your landing spot for connecting to the beauty of the county and the incredible people who give their hearts' work here. It’s about coming back to the land, coming back to nature, coming back to the food that’s grown here, and coming back to yourselves as you sink into this calm and connect to one another.

Super cute and clean space! Loved the proximity to downtown picton to be able to enjoy a walk to explore shops and restaurants. Host had great communication, easy instructions and went above and beyond to recommend things around the community for us to explore.
We had a lovely stay in Picton made only better by this cosy and welcoming home. Brittany was super helpful and everything was in perfect order. I particularly enjoyed my morning coffee on the front porch. We loved exploring the town and the cider farms. Thank you!
The space was beautiful - clean, quaint, and everything was easy to find. The owners are friendly and answer any questions in a timely fashion. The location is ideal, within minutes on foot to the amazing restaurants downtown Picton. There's also a great grocery store (Metro) just a block away. I highly recommend Rewild House!

We really enjoyed the location, the overall cleanliness, and the property manager’s responsiveness—especially their help in arranging a car charging option, which was greatly appreciated. They also provided basic kitchen essentials such as olive oil, salt and pepper, as well as coffee and tea, which was a nice touch.
On the downside, the rooms were a bit small and lacked sufficient furniture for storing clothes. Additionally, there wasn’t a proper tool for cleaning dishes aside from a dishcloth.
We had a lovely stay! Perfect location to downtown Picton and a cozy spot to relax at the end of busy days exploring the County. Would highly recommend!
We had a lovely and comfortable time here. The location is perfect, quiet but very close walk to main strip in Picton. Hosts were great and responsive and the place was very clean and nicely decorated with full amenities and easy climate control. It is a little on the small side and not very sunny but if you're ok with that then it should be very enjoyable.
