About this property

Cozy Bungalow in the Heart of Wellington ON

Welcome to the "Blue Door" vacation home in the heart of Wellington P.E.C. Our fully licensed short term rental home is close to everything you need for the perfect County getaway! Just a 5 min. walk to the Drake and other downtown Wellington attractions, close to wineries and 20 + minutes to the Sandbanks. Ideal for 2 couples or a small family. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and 1 1/2 baths. Enjoy the beautiful views and a glass of wine from the back deck looking on to our neighbor's expansive back yards.

We had some fun renovating this little gem to give it a beach house feel with a touch of mid century decor.

Bath towels and bed sheets are included. Wifi is available.

There are some great bike trails near the house and a bike rental shop within walking distance.

A Provincial Park Day Pass is included in the rental for you to enjoy a day at the beach!

Please note that for July and August we rent for a minimum of one week periods.

This was an amazing, cozy and well appointed retreat while we were in Wellington. We stayed for 10 days and there was everything you could ask for in amenities including a washer and dryer which was a huge bonus along with the extra half bath. Check in and communication with the owner was very simple. It has great outdoor spaces and a great location close to all shops. It felt so homey that it made being away from home a breeze. I would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I spent a week in this beautiful home. Wellington is a beautiful and quite town. This spot is a gem and we would definitely saty again! Very clean, well maintained and beautiful mid century modern touches throughout the home. Location, location, location! Perfect to walk to the main strip with wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, midtown brewery, grocery store, etc. Also close to get to the biking/walking trail. Only positives to report. The house itself has everything one needs. Very thoughtfully determined with excellent bedrooms, kitchen with all the silverware plates glasses wine glasses, anyone would ever need. As well as a supply of sugar salt, spices and other things. The rooms, bedding, furniture everything works, and the screened in porch is so nice. Communications with Catherine were terrific.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Catherine’s cozy bungalow in Wellington! From the moment we booked, Catherine’s communication was excellent, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
