About this property

Welcome to Misquamicut Fire District, in the town of Westerly, RI! Enjoy Misquamicut State Beach, fantastic restaurants, bars, nightlife and more...Just steps away from your cozy little beach condo. Two full sized beds h 100% cotton bedding. Private bathroom with shower, in addition we have a communal outdoor shower to wash off from the beach. We provide ample parking and Misquamicut Fire District beach passes.

We love to call Misquamicut home and are happy to have you enjoy the wonderful beach area. That being said, please be respectful to our neighbors! We want you to enjoy yourselves but just be courteous of those around you.

The condo is one of the only condo's available for rent in the heart of Misquamicut beach. You will have an in-unit heater and air conditioner. The room is 224 sqft. Everything is walking distance away. The condo is locked by a push button combination that will be provided to you upon check-in. You will have four 100% cotton towels and four facial towels.

The condo has a kitchenette with coffee maker, microwave,n hot plate, and fridge.

We do not allow Pets.

We do not allow Smoking!

No Parties!

No use of the fire pit.
