Bella Vita, Oceanfront Retreat

Summary:
This beachfront spacious duplex is located 3 blocks from the boardwalk and all things that make CB amazing! This home features a newly remodeled kitchen, hardwood floors, custom tiled baths/showersi. The ocean facing living area provides breathtaking views and plenty of space to comfortably host all of your guests. Additionally, for your convenience, there is an elevator and a private beach access.

Covered parking space and driveway for your convenience.

Getting Around:
Many bars, restaurants, and coffee shops are within walking distance of the duplex and Carolina Beach is a very bike and golf cart friendly community. Please let our team at Going Coastal know if you need recommendations for rentals.

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

My wife, son and I stayed a couple nights. It is right on the beach and very close to the boardwalk. The house has great views and enough space for 6. The check out time of 10am for the cleaning crew is ridiculous when there are dirty floors and dishes when we showed up. Some guy waiting outside at 9:45am for us to leave so he could get in…Half rolls of toilet paper and watered down hand soap so bring your own.No jacuzzi tub on property, even though it is shown in the photos.The hot water smells like ocean water.Every single pillow in the house is as flat as a pancake, bring your own.

Excellent beach rental

Very spacious and clean beach house. Views were spectacular and quick access to the beach. A very short walk to the boardwalk walk area and restaurants. We had a wonderful and relaxing time at this house and definitely would stay at this home again!

Perfect beach house

Everything about this place is perfect, easy private access to the beach and very spacious Only downside is the check-in is too late and checkout is too early but other than that we loved it and hopefully come again.

Do not recommend

I recently stayed at a vacation property and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. While the location was excellent with private beach access and the ability to walk to most places, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. One of the biggest disappointments was the family room furniture. Instead of comfortable, indoor couches, we were provided with outdoor furniture which was uncomfortable and impractical for relaxing indoors. It was a huge letdown to find out that we had to make do with these pieces instead of having proper indoor furniture to unwind and relax on. Another major issue was with the beds in the property. They were the cheapest, most uncomfortable mattresses that I have ever encountered. It was almost impossible to get a good night's sleep, and we woke up feeling more exhausted than before we went to bed. Given that a good night's rest is essential to any vacation, this was a major letdown. Overall, the property only met the bare minimum standards. While the location was perfect, the furniture and beds detracted from the overall experience. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The patio chairs were very cheap, small plastic chairs, and there were only 5 patio chairs for a 6 person unit. The inside furniture in the living room was actually outside furniture, and very uncomfortable. The mattress in the unit were very uncomfortable. The unit and location are fabulous. It is unfortunate that the beds and furniture are so subpar, especially for the nightly price they are charging. We would not stay in this property again.

Perfect Carolina Beach Getaway!

My group absolutely loved staying here! We felt so spoiled with the beautiful beachfront view, a short walk to the boardwalk, and other restaurants in CB. Highly recommend and would 100% stay here again!

Small vacuum needs replaced and a dust pan and a pair of kitchen shears were missing but that’s about all we needed that wasn’t supplied. Property management company was very quick in response to requests. Have already booked again for July!
