***Effective 3/26/2025 – All balconies are closed until further notice due to safety concerns. No one is permitted on the balcony at any time or for any reason. Once plans are finalized, balcony work will be started immediately. Additional work that will be going on for the next several months will include but not be limited to roof replacement, guardrail replacement, sliding glass door replacement, storage door replacement, stair well repairs, and parking structure repairs. Due to building work, the pool will be closed at times for safety reasons. Work will be ongoing and noisy at times. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
