Welcome to “Family Reunion Gem,” where luxury meets comfort for families and groups. This spacious, fully-equipped home offers generous living inside and out, with every detail designed for style, ease, and connection.

OUTDOOR LIVING AT ITS FINEST
The property’s outdoor spaces are irresistible. Unwind in the 8-person hot tub, gather around the campfire pit under the stars, or enjoy al fresco dining at the harvest table for 10 on the expansive deck. Relax in the hammock under the trees or sink into plush seating on the sun-drenched deck or in the shade of the covered porch. For younger guests, a charming backyard playhouse offers hours of fun, and a school playground is just a short stroll away.

Inside, you’ll find two beautifully furnished living rooms, each with ample seating for large groups. Multiple cozy nooks invite quiet moments with a book or a cup of coffee. The décor is clean, contemporary, and thoughtfully curated for maximum comfort and versatility.

GOURMET KITCHEN
The massive, chef-inspired kitchen is stocked with cooking staples and boasts top-tier appliances—think: sous vide precision cooking, a barista-quality espresso maker, and a wide selection of high-end tools to make every meal a joy.

ENTERTAINMENT FOR ALL AGES
We’ve anticipated how families love to spend time together. The home is filled with entertainment for every age and interest—books for all reading levels, toys, puzzles, board and card games, and outdoor gear including frisbees, badminton, yard darts, and sports balls. Watch movies on the 55` Apple TV with many streaming options.

REST DEEPLY
All beds use premium bedding, and three of the four bedrooms have blackout shades. The home sleeps 12 guests in comfort, with the option to host up to 14 using a privacy screen and a premium queen air mattress (please contact us in advance for groups of 14).

TRAVELING WITH LITTLE ONES?
Leave the bulky gear at home—we provide a portable crib, top-of-stairs safety gate, Tripp Trapp high chair, outlet covers, and child-safe dishes at no extra charge (please request in advance).

Guests have access to entire house and property. (exceptions: garage, storage sheds)

I like to welcome our guests in person, then I`ll leave you to enjoy your `home away from home`, but I am always available by phone/text.

I may stop by during longer stays (4 days or more) to water plants or work in the garden and check & treat hot tub water.

This is a peaceful, island neighborhood. This makes your stay super-relaxing; out of respect for the peace of the neighborhood (and the full-time neighbors who live here), the outdoor quiet hour policy is strictly enforced. (They are respectful neighbors, too, allowing YOU to enjoy the tranquility.)

In general, traffic is very light on our road, and there is an island-wide speed limit of 25 mph. We are on island time and this makes walking & biking dreamy!

Centrally located, `downtown Lummi` is only half a mile away, and one can easily walk to both the east and west side of the island. The Farm Stand (fresh produce and flowers) is just 0.2 miles up the hill. Access to the Curry Preserve is even closer!

There is no public transportation on the island, but quiet roads and our central location make walking and biking a breeze.

Most island homes use wells. We have a top-of-the-line, whole-house water treatment system, so the quality of our water is outstanding.

Please be mindful water conservation, especially if your group is large. (We`ll offer some tips when you check in!)
