Beautiful house in the in the heart of Cap d'Antibes in a parc (condo), with swimming pool and tennis. 5 minutes walk from Hotel du Cap Eden Roc and Plage de la Garoupe. House is approximately 90sqm/960sqft with a garden of 600sqm/6500sqft.

Spacious living / dining room, large bay windows opening onto the garden, fully equipped kitchen.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms including:
-1 parental suite with a double bed (60x200 bed) with its bathroom (bathtub)
-1 bedroom (double bed 160x200), a bathroom (Italian shower)
