Cape Cod Family House

This house was perfect for our family. It was clean and easy. It is also an optimal location, with a 5 minute walk to the local beach, and centrally located to make for easy drives to all other Cape Cod attractions. Would definitely recommend this property and the owners.

Great location in the middle of several areas we wanted to visit. Large house with enough space to easily accomodate our family of 4. Our son loved the finished basement and our daughter enjoyed the upstairs, while we took the master on the main floor, offering all of us our own living areas. Clean and well kept. Hosts also responded quickly to questions we had regarding use of household appliances.

Spacious, Comfortable & Convenient

This is a quiet property with plenty of room for kids to play and run around. The house had a great layout and provided plenty of room for our party of 7. It is also centrally located in Brewster, with just a short bike ride to the local beaches, the Cape Cod Rail Trail and other key points of interest on Main Street (Brewster General Store; Brewster Scoop).

A week of memories

Only regret is that we couldn’t enjoy the great yard because of the weather. We ate and played mini golf, went to the beach, ate ice cream, and went to the Natural History Museum. The kids loved the bunk beds.

This was a lovely home. Had all the necessary things you might want. Very convenient to beaches, down town etc. A couple quick thoughts were we did not find additional toilet paper or paper towels until we were literally getting ready to leave. I know we have Covid protocols but not sure why towels and sheets cannot be included where the laundry needs to be done anyway. Not a big deal just requires bringing more stuff! Otherwise really enjoyed the area. Thanks for everything!

Great Cape Cod rental

We really enjoyed staying in this house. There is so much room for the family to spread out and have their separate space. The house is at the end of a road so it’s very private and quiet. Short walks to the beach and the Brewster store. We would definitely stay here again. Loved the location on Cape Cod as it was close to most beaches and restaurants that we visited.

We had a great time! The house is spacious, well equipped and cared for. Worked very well for our group of 9. The location is convenient for walks to a bayside beach and a few shops in town. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

Why they chose this property

High Tide Away is tucked away on a one acre property at the end of a sandy, private lane. It offers proximity (walking or biking) to two of the Cape's most gorgeous bayside beaches - Point Of Rocks and Breakwater beach - and is conveniently located to the Brewster General Store, APT, Brewster Fish House, Chowder House, Spinnakers and much more! HTA is perfect for families, with 3 bedrooms in the main part of the house, and a finished basement/studio downstairs with futons/couches, a large flat screen TV, a kitchenette and a full bathroom and separate entrance leading to the yard. The finished basement is ideal for teenagers or older children.
