Fully updated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in Naples only 5 minutes drive from the amazing white sand beaches. Enjoy the beautiful golf course view and sunset from the quiet lanai and master bedroom and even from the guest bedroom since this is a split floor plan end unit located on the 3rd floor for extra privacy. There is a common elevator in the building for your convenience. The beautifully updated kitchen has granite counter tops , dishwasher, range, micro, and a fridge. Common laundry is available on every floor in the building.
There is a community clubhouse with exercise room, pool tables and a library
room. There is a huge salt water heated pool and sauna right next to the clubhouse. Pool amenities includes lounge chairs, tables and gas grilles. Community features 2 tennis and pickle ball court. Fabulous location, Golf Course, Publix, Target, Restaurants are just short walking distance.
Our condo is situated on the golf course and we are walking distance from Quail Run Golf Club. We are not part of them but there is a non member allowance on the golf course.
You can play after 10 am for 94$ and 79$ after twelve. These price includes the cart fee.
Please note 30 days minimum stays required for HOA approval.
