Leave your worries behind and step into paradise at Casa Azul, our charming 4-bedroom, 4-bath cottage just a short stroll from the pristine beach. Picture yourself swaying in one of our many hammocks, soaking in the breathtaking views of the bay and the Gulf—this is relaxation at its finest.

At Pointe West, you’ll discover unique amenities that set us apart from other Galveston properties, including the Beach Club Pool and the heated Sunset Pool, featuring a lazy river and hot tubs. Open year-round, these pools offer stunning vistas of the ocean and bay, ensuring that every swim is a memorable one. Explore the beautiful grounds via golf cart (available through 3rd party) and bike paths, making your stay truly enjoyable.

Our cottage is thoughtfully designed with everything you need to create delightful meals and entertain guests. The kitchen is stocked with spices and basic cooking essentials, while a Gas grill and picnic table on the ground floor make BBQs and outdoor dining a breeze. Relax on one of our two spacious balconies with a glass of wine in the evening or enjoy breakfast on the patio in the morning.

For family fun, we provide games and entertainment options, and you can unwind with four TVs throughout the house, complete with Fubo Live TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and HBO. We’re also happy to recommend local rentals for golf carts, kayaks, and bikes, as well as nearby restaurants.

Our ground-floor storage closet is a treasure trove for beachgoers, stocked with beach toys, chairs, kids’ bikes with helmets, life jackets, hammocks, a sand cart, and a beach tent. (condition based on past guests) We’re happy to accommodate special requests to ensure your stay is perfect. Additionally, we provide a pack-and-play and high chair for little ones, so you can travel light! You’ll find starter supplies waiting for you, including:
- 2 rolls of paper towels
- 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
- 3 towels per bedroom
- Shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap
- 6 beach towels and a beach bag for your seaside adventures

All you need to bring are your swimsuits, sunscreen, and clothes!

**Resort Fee Information**
To fully enjoy the Pointe West Beach Club facilities, including pools, gym, clubhouse game room, basketball and pickleball courts, restaurant, and bar, you’ll need to obtain wristbands for $25 per guest aged 4 and older for your entire stay. This fee is paid directly to the club upon registration. You’ll receive an email from the Pointe West POA to prepay, and the primary guest must present an ID at the Beach Club Office to collect wristbands and parking passes.

*Wristbands are optional; if you don’t plan to use the amenities, you don’t need to purchase them.*

**Explore Pointe West Activities**
Make sure to visit both pools! The main Beach Club pool is located on Pointe West Boulevard, featuring The Pointe Restaurant and Bar (with a new restaurant coming soon) offering poolside service and live music on Saturday nights in the summer. The Sunset Pool, or Lazy River Pool, is on Estuary at the far west end of the neighborhood and offers spectacular sunset views. Feel free to bring your own food to both pools—just no alcohol at the Beach Club.

For fishing enthusiasts, the largest fishing pier and kayak launch area are on Bay Water Drive, complete with a fire pit for your own S’mores gatherings. An ice cream truck visits the neighborhood daily during the high season!

Enjoy basketball on the court located on Cat Tail in Pointe West (daylight hours only; access requires a wristband code). We have a basketball available in our beach gear closet, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

The Pickleball Court is near the basketball court—just reserve your time and rent racquets at the office. Consider renting a golf cart for added fun while exploring Pointe West! For 6-seater carts, try K-6 Island Sports or Coastal Cruisers, which also rents kayaks and stand-up paddleboards for bay and ocean adventures.

**House Information**
Our beach storage closet is fully stocked with chairs, a beach tent, sand wagon, toys, floats, and child life jackets. Please rinse off toys and beach gear on your last day before returning them to the closet. We kindly ask that you leave the storage closet semi-organized for the next guests.

Rinse off in the outdoor shower when returning from the beach to help keep our furniture and floors sand-free.
