The house was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed how close it was to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach didn't have vehicle traffic, which is a plus for safety.

This is a wonderful property very close to the beach, As this was our second year at the house, it has been remodeled in the last year and the remodel is fantastic. Kitchen is spacious and well-appointed, and the rest of the house is very comfortable. Devann is a wonderful host.

Beautiful Beach House . It was perfect for our family vacation . They had everything you needed in the kitchen and the house was very clean & also for the beach had a wagon, chairs , boogie boards, beach towels , beach toys . I loved everything about this house the balcony’s the downstairs area was so nice to hang out they had corn hole game , swing . The host was great with communicating with us . Great house all around and walking distance to the beach which made our stay perfect .

The house was nice and had great amenities to enjoy. However, the AC could not keep up with the house at all. By the time it would finally cool down, it would be time for us to leave. That was disappointing as I’ve never had an issue in Galveston before. Also there were no sheets for the bunk beds. Everything else was fine and we enjoyed the stay. Just had to hunt some things down

Wonderful Weekend!

We took a quick family getaway and Seasational was the perfect spot! Everything you need - beautiful views at sunset - quick walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Perfect beach getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! The home was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. From beach chairs and games to kitchen essentials, the extra touches really made it feel like a home away from home.One of our favorite things was the location—it’s tucked away from the crowds and touristy areas, so it felt peaceful and private, yet still close enough to town when we needed to run in for something. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to unwind and enjoy the beach. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Annual beach trip

The house had everything we needed. We loved that it was close to the beach. The outside shower was great with kids, so we didn't have to track all the sand inside. We also loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. We would definitely come back again!

The house was nice, clean, and peaceful. The amenities in the kitchen were great. Regular coffee pot and Keurig. We loved that the home had 3 full bathrooms and a half bath on the living room and kitchen level. Decks were great but 2 of them need new light bulbs. We would definitely recommend this home!

Wonderful property

This is a great place to stay with family. The house is so well equipped and beautifully kept. The views from the decks were great and despite the weather not cooperating, we were able to use both pools at the beach club and hang out of the beach. We will be back!

Family Vacation

We had a great time at this beach house! It was clean and a short walk to the beach. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood at the west end of Galveston. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in a less crowded and calmer part of Galveston.

It was a nice, fully stocked house. The kitchen had everything you would ever need. View from balcony was gorgeous. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.
