Come stay at Pelicans Perch!The ultimate beach house. 3 minute walk to beach !

Perfectly located two and half blocks from the beach in the highly desirable Crystal Beach area of Destin. 4 bedroom/2.5 baths plus loft. All bedrooms/loft have blackout blinds and smart TVs. Large living room with leather sofas and smart TV. The kitchen has stainless gas oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all amenities. The dining room has a table to seat eight people comfortably. Beautiful wrap around deck with screened in porch. The backyard includes a fenced in pool, outdoor dining table, gas grill and outdoor shower. Plenty of beach amenities including a wagon, cooler, chairs, umbrella and toys. Two child booster seats for dining table, baby gate and two Pack N Plays available upon request.

I loved the area, white sand beaches for miles, warm gulf water, friendly people, many restaurants, fun place, enjoy crab Island, very safe, great 4th of July celebration, excellent seafood, beautiful people, and good family environment!

What makes this property unique

Pelicans Perch is very close to the beach, great location, in Crystal Beach, big mall down the street, close to grocery stores, so many things to do including golf. And family time together!
