This apartment is located in a stone residence (former renovated hotel, the "Residence les Bains"), 150 m from the fine sandy beach of Trestraou and close to the city center of PERROS-GUIREC seaside resort where "quality of life" "is appreciated by all. Shops (grocery store, bakery) close by as well as restaurants. PLOUMANAC'H favorite village of the French 2015 to admire by taking the customs path accessible on foot from the apartment.
It is a pleasure to discover the marina with its superb ledge offering a magnificent view of the archipelago of 7 Islands as well as the awe-inspiring landscapes where the land and the sea are strewn with pink granite rock with shapes cut by the wind. and the waves for millennia ...

"There are only three coasts of pink granite in the world. One in Corsica, one in China and the "BRETONNE" which is the only one to have this chaos in the sea.
It is very invigorating to stay there and also discover all the wonderful Breton culture through the events on offer.

The bright apartment is composed of a main room with fitted kitchen area, living room with 'clic-clac' including TV, independent bedroom with cupboards, bathroom with shower, independent WC. Windows fitted with roller shutters.
You will enjoy a pleasant flowered terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs where you can take your meals in peace and relax.
This apartment has a PRIVATE AND INDEPENDENT ENTRANCE into the residence (the only one), access is via a private staircase of 13 steps leading to the terrace with a view of a private courtyard in the calm of traffic and 5 minutes walk to the sandy beach of Trestraou ... and all amenities.

Come and stroll on its magnificent beach dotted with this famous pink granite and then enjoy the breathtaking view in one of the restaurants strewn across the beach.

Great flat for a couple. Fantastic location a few metres from the beach. Secure parking a bonus

We loved Perros and also the gorgeous bay at Ploumanch. Great restaurants well priced. A pretty easy drive from Calais although allowing for stops it takes about 8 hours. Loved the beautiful pink granite coastline. A boat trip to Les Sept Iles is a must. We will definitely return soon.

Accueil très agréable de Mme Le Fèvre, qui prend la peine de laisser des petits biscuits, une petite bière au frais pour l'arrivée et de donner quelques conseils touristiques. L'appartement est fonctionnel et est très bien situé à 2mn à pied de la grande plage de Trestraou. L'accès privatif ainsi que le garage sous la terrasse (terrasse très agréable pour se poser d'ailleurs) sont de vrais plus. Bref, un excellent séjour.

Propriétaire charmante, ponctuelle à l'écoute des hôtes. Merci Madame. Appartement pratique, un peu petit, WC indépendant un plus. Un garage très appréciable en juillet / Aout du fait du stationnement devenant payant durant cette période. Situé à 3mn à pied de la plage, des commerces et restaurants. vous y serez bien.

1 petit appartement bien conçu, joliment décoré; avec 1 très belle terrasse avec de jolies plantes, où manger ou se reposer. 1 garage inclus dans la location,1 plus; à 2 pas de la plage et possibilité d'emmener son petit animal de compagnie! Lovely apartment perfectly situated

We stayed here with our dog, the area is beautiful and has lots of opportunities for outdoor activity. Annie is a lovely host, and really welcoming. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay . It is a 2 minute walk to the restaurants and bars and has a bakery across the road. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to visit the area.
