It is very bright, crossing. It is ideal for a couple with 2 or 3 children. It was completely renovated in 2012. In the north, it offers a great view of Ploumanach and the Seven Islands. In the south, a sunny terrace of 33 m2 with garden furniture.
It includes a fitted kitchen (ceram hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) opening onto a large living room (TV, DVD player and mini-chain). It has two bedrooms, one with sleeping 140/200 and a toilet with sink and shower, the other has two bunk beds and a trundle bed with sleeping 90/200. It also has a bathroom (with washing machine) and separate toilet. In addition you will find a dryer and a cot and a private parking.
The linen is provided (beds, towels, tea towels) .The household departure is included in the price.

Appartement très bien situé, entre la plage et le centre. Bien équipé et avec une superbe vue sur la plage de Trestraou.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et merci à Claire pour sa flexibilité.

Une farce, chaque jour une découverte: un parasol dont la toile était percée , un plat à tarte rouillé, une tablette qui vous tombe sur les pieds pendant que vous êtes aux toilettes, une télé qui fonctionne une fois sur deux, un canapé dont la toile est déchirée. Un appartement qui a été super, il y a 20 ans !

Superbe emplacement à 8 minutes à pied de la plage.Appartement très agréable et lumineux avec une grande pièce de vie très accueillante.Accueil chaleureux de Claire.Au départ des balades à pied sur les sentiers de la côte de granit rose et des départs de croisière (à ne pas manquer comme l'ile de Bréhat)

Etwas schwierig die Wohnung zu erreichen , für ältere Reisende nicht gut zu erreichen , enge und steile Wendeltreppen ,sonst ok.

Appartement très bien placé

Le séjour a été très agréable. L’appartement est idéalement situé, entre bourg et plage comme précisé dans l’annonce. Il est très lumineux et fonctionnel, bien équipé. Nous n’avons mis que 4 étoiles parce que certains équipements sont vieillissants (appareils ménagers, canapés, literie). Nous reviendrons sans hésiter si nous sommes de nouveau de passage dans cette région.

Très bel appartement dans un très beau site

On frise l'excellence avec cette location ! La disposition de l'appartement est tout simplement géniale ! Et l'équipement, vaisselle, espace, commodités des sanitaires, tout est parfait ! Le petit point un peu malaisé qui n'est pas précisé dans la présentation est l'accès dans l'immeuble, deuxième étage sans ascenseur. Le deuxième escalier est un peu étroit, mais cet inconvénient surmonté, on est récompensé par le confort à l'arrivée !

Bel appartement spacieux parfait pour 3 ou 4 personnes, avec très large terrasse coupée des vents. Vue superbe et imprenable sur l’îlot des sept îles. Situation idéale dans un secteur très calme à proximité de la plage ( 300/400m par une sente pendue avec escaliers) et proche du centre ville avec commerces ( privilégier les marchés mieux achalandés et à de meilleurs prix) Sur la période fin juin/première semaine de juillet, super séjour

Entretien courant imparfait

• Poêles rouillées depuis bien avant la saison • Poubelle rouillée depuis des mois • Matelas trop mou et pas assez épais. On sent les lattes du sommier. Et lit trop bas. • Store de la salle de bain qui ne fonctionne plus depuis un temps indéterminé • Lits superposés qui grincent • Fenêtre de la terrasse extrêmement difficile à ouvrir • Velux difficile à ouvrir • Entourage de fenêtre rouillé et présence de mousse rajoutée pour l’étanchéité • Robinet de la baignoire très dur à manœuvrer • Appartement relativement difficile d’accès. Deux escaliers en colimaçon qui s’enchainent dont un très étroit. • Photos qui datent de 2012. Par exemple, le salon de jardin s’est depuis dégradé • Fils électriques dénudés qui trainent dans un placard dont la porte était sortie de ses rails à notre arrivée • Canapé craqué et taché recouvert par un plaid pour cacher les défauts • WC exigu • Réception TV aléatoire • ……… Nous avons pris en photos tous les éléments qui montrent les éléments de déception ci-dessus. Devant la mauvaise qualité de l’hébergement nous avons écourté notre séjour. Nous sommes restés qu’une semaine au lieu de 15jours. Nous sommes restés une semaine, le temps de trouver un hébergement de remplacement et pour éviter de retransporter nos bagages que nous avions déjà rangé avec les courses dans l’appartement, ma femme a des soucis de santé. La propriétaire nous a en grande partie remboursée la deuxième semaine. Dommage la vue sur la plage de Trestraou et les 7 iles est top. Dommage par contre la propriétaire n’a pas pris en compte les remarques dont certaines datent de 2019 !

Excellent séjour.

L appartement est très agréable. Très bien placé. 5mn à pied de la plage et du centre ville. Calme. Vue sur la mer. Terrasse très agréable. Place de parking. Le seul petit bémol est l absence de Wi-Fi. A part cela, notre séjour a été top.

très bon séjour à perros. Appartement très sympa juste les lits des enfants qui grincent et les portes (mais il faut juste graisser). Je pense qu'il faudrait rajouter dans l'annonce que l'accès à l'appartement est compliqué pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. Propriétaire très sympathique. Adresse à garder.

Logement très agréable avec terrasse plein sud face à de magnifiques pins et vue mer de l autre côté. Agréablement meublé et très bien situé. Bon accueil. Bonnes prestations avec le linge et ménage compris.. .. Bref un séjour très agréable et une adresse à retenir..
