Schönes, rustikales Haus

Positiv Rustikales Haus mit ausreichend Klimatiesierung, guten Bädern und großen Garten mit toller Beleuchtung. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und reagiert schnell bei Anfragen. Negativ Die Anzeige suggeriert den Eindruck, es ist Strandnah. Bis zum Strand ist es gut 1 km Gehweg. Uns hat es nicht gestört, sollte aber gesagt werden. Der Hausmeister reagiert erst bei der zweiten Anfrage - darum Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin.

Schönes Ferienhaus in zentraler Lage

Wir haben zwei Wochen über Ostern 2023 in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht und hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Das Haus entspricht dem Inserat und den Fotos und ist gut ausgestattet. Positiv hervorzuheben sind das mit einem elektronischen Tor gesicherte Grundstück, die gut ausgestattete Küche und der schön gestaltete Garten mit Liegen, Markise und Beleuchtung. Im Sommer ist sicher auch die Klimaanlage gut. Leider gab es keinen Staubsauger, die Zufahrt auf das Grundstück ist sehr eng und im Haus ist es recht dunkel. Zudem ist die nah gelegene Straße recht stark befahren, allerdings stört dies im Haus aufgrund der guten Fenster kaum. Deutsche TV-Sender waren leider nicht freigeschaltet. Ansonsten ist die Lage gut und zentral: Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants liegen in fußläufiger Entfernung und in Cannes und Antibes ist man mit dem Auto oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in ein paar Minuten. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr angenehm und schnell und es hat alles einwandfrei geklappt. Insgesamt zu empfehlen, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt. Vielen Dank!

A very well equipped property centrally located for the local area and places to visit. Lovely patisserie and local beaches within a short walk. Antibes is a very nice place to visit. Check in and out went very smoothly and all communications were promptly responded too. Gilles was always on hand. During our stay we had an issue that was dealt with very quickly and kindly by Gilles and Christine. A wonderful base for that area in France with a lovely garden. Many Thanks.

Vacances proche de la plage

Nous avons passé un bon séjour et avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité de la plage. La maison est agréable mais le stationnement dans la cour est compliqué si vous avez une voiture type berline ou break et pas possible de stationner dans la rue. Nous avons été gênés par les voisins qui étaient en plein travaux ( pas de grasses matinées au grand désespoir des enfants !) Autre point négatif la literie ! Les surmatelas et les oreillers étaient vraiment trop mou à notre goût !! Dommage Points positifs : la maison est bien située, proche de la plage et des commerces ( pas besoin de la voiture)

Chère Valérie, Nous sommes désolés que vous ayez été embétés par des bruits de travaux, vous auriez du m'en faire part sur le moment afin d' intervenir tout de suite avec le voisin. Je n'avais jamais eu auparavant de réflexions négatives sur la literie, chaque personne dispose de 2 oreillers afin d'adapter son réglage, les surmatelas procurent un confort supplémentaire, en les ôtant, les matelas sont plus fermes. D'autre part, l'accès à la cour n'a pas posé de souci jusqu'à présent , une manoeuvre permet de garer son véhicule . J'espère tout de même que vous avez bien profités de vos vacances.

Wir hatten am Mittelmeer einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Das Objekt war genauso wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos erkennbar. Das Haus war wirklich toll und die Dusche (Schlauch im Garten) wunderbar nach dem Strand. Toller Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Maison de famille au charme provençale

Charmante petite maison provençale, avec un espace jardin très convivial et très joliment éclairé à la nuit tombé. Vous pouvez vous garer facilement devant la maison. La maison est pensé pour que l'on puisse passer un excellent séjour en famille. L'espace salon est très cosy et nous avons apprécié faire un feu dans la cheminée à notre arrivée. La propreté était impeccable et il y avait tout ce que l'on pouvait avoir besoin à disposition à l'arrivée. C'est très appréciable. On se sent très bien accueilli. Nous y avons passer de très agréables moments.

Maison très confortable et bien entretenue

Bonne semaine passée dans cette maison en très bon état, très fonctionnelle avec tout le confort pour se sentir « comme à la maison ». Le jardin est très agréable et permet de passer des soirées très tranquilles à l’écart de la foule. Un peu éloignée du cap d’Antibes, la voiture est nécessaire, l’accès à pied concerne plutôt les plages de Juan les pins ou golfe Juan.

Schöne Ferien in Juan les Pins

Ein schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus mit Garten ca 10 Minuten Gehweg vom Strand in Juan les Pins entfernt! Wir haben sehr schöne und erholsame Ferien hier verbracht und wurden herzlich empfangen! Die Übergabe ging schnell und gut und hatten wir eine Frage, wurde diese umgehend per WhatsApp beantwortet! Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder! Location très agréable

Maison très agréable où l'on a plaisir à rentrer après une journée de plage ou de visite. Elle est idéalement placée. Point très appréciable : l'emplacement dans la petite cour pour la voiture et le portail électrique. Très bon accueil à notre arrivée.

Fantastic location for a couple or small family

This location could not have been better for families, a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 3 minute walk to the playground. The garden is also very nice, although in summer there are a lot of mosquitos, of course. Two small bedrooms with double beds upstairs, but a spacious downstairs living and dining area and modern kitchen. The owner Christine was very helpful and warm, we very much enjoyed our 1 month stay here!

Vacances familiales

Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour à Juan-les-Pins. Le lieu était idéal dans un quartier résidentiel au calme loin de l’agitation du bord de mer tout en étant à 10 minutes de la plage et des commerces à pied. Nous avons pu profiter du petit jardin arboré très agréable à tout moment de la journée. La propriétaire et son assistante Stéphanie ont été d’excellents conseils et toujours disponibles en cas de besoin. Nous avons adoré la région et nous espérons revenir prochainement!
