This is lovely little apartment in the heart of Deauville in a secure building. It has an incredible view of the race track! The area is totally safe and walkable there is also a bike rental a block away. There is a bike path that starts behind the apartment that is very picturesque. Lots of restaurants you can walk to plus a daily fresh market.

Central Deauville, everything in walking distance

Beautifully situated, opposite racecourse with nice view from sunny balcony, quiet at night but 200 metres(max) from Place Morny, Carrefour, etc. Beach/casino, racecourse, SNCF, all within walking distance. You really don't need a car, and the apartment has everything you would need. Perfect!

appartement face hippodrome

j'ai adoré la vue de cet appartement face a l'entrainement des chevaux chaque jour un spectacle , polo, course de vitesse etc .. tres calme en plus , je suis ravie.
