Tucked just off Mountain Ave, this walkable location puts you steps from Fort Collins’ best. Grab coffee at Mugs, browse local boutiques, and explore Old Town Square on foot. Breweries like Odell, New Belgium, and Equinox are all nearby, and the scenic Poudre River Trail is perfect for bike rides or morning strolls.

Perfect location

We visited Fort Collins for the first time and stayed here. It’s in a great location - walking distance to the town. We had some issues with the shower door not opening well and they offered to fix it right away (we delayed it since we were working around nap times with our toddler) but great communication. We really loved visiting Fort Collins and if you want to be close to the town this is a great location.

Wonderful place

We had an excellent time. The apartment was clean and comfortable. For us it was close to the family we were visiting. Also it is within easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee houses, bakeries, shopping and entertainment. Great location and very impressed with the cleanliness!! Only cons were that the air conditioning was in a window in the living room so you had to leave the bedroom door open for it to reach in there, we also saw quite a few spiders, and lastly, the oven didn’t work, but the host hadn’t been aware of that so I’m sure that’s fixed now. Overall, we would stay there again.

The location of this property is ideal, sitting within walking distance of Old Town which made our experience much more convenient. Cute cozy apartment close to everything

The place was in a great location, walking distance from Old Town and many restaurants and breweries. It was clean and cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. Stacy the manager was very easy to reach and communicate with. I would highly recommend this place!
