Great weekend getaway despite poor weather

We had a great time with our friends staying at our rental. The condo was clean, spacious, very comfortable and accommodating. Can’t wait to book another trip.

Second time staying here . Everything was great! Host is friendly and helpful. Indoor pool was great for the rainy day. Great location for family friendly day trips. Laundry facilities on site a must with little ones!

Lincoln station townhome

Nice, spacious, clean unit in Lincoln Station. Very quiet and safe within complex for children on bikes and playing. Pool was super clean a walking distance to town and Kancamangus. Landlord was great and informative. Highly recommend this unit. I will be back next summer for sure.

The pool and jacuzzi were nice. We enjoyed playing ping pong in the recreation center. The location was convenient to loon and flume gorge and other conveniences. The house was a decent size and had a nice fireplace. Beds were comfortable. The condition of home was overall very disappointing. We found dirty quilts and throw blankets and had to wash them when we got there. Some had spills stains and were really gross also large spill on carpet in one bedroom. Additionally house was infested with lady bugs crawling all over ceiling and windows. The house was neat but not clean. There were dead bugs spider webs everywhere. Very disappointing. Do not recommend this property at all.

Host was quick to communicate via text and very responsive. Please note that this place does not include shampoo/conditioner, only body wash. There were wifi issues and TV was not working and was not resolved in the three days that we stayed. The first day we said it was okay thinking it would be resolved. When it was not, the owner kindly refunded a small amount.

Clean and spacious

Our family of four plus my Dad heads to Lincoln yearly for the Highland Games Festival. This condo is in a great location, as we were able to walk the mile bike path to Loon Mountain or travel the other direction to walk into town for food and drink. The spacious mudroom helps to keep the condo clean and our things organized. We enjoyed every inch of space, including sipping Scotch whisky around the firepit on the back deck. The kitchen is set up to allow plenty of room to cook and serve our haggis and rumblethumps while still enjoying our guests. The kids were able to safely ride their bikes through the condo complex with easy access in and out of our unit with the ground level deck out back. They were a bit disappointed that the club house is still closed for renovations, however. We absolutely would love to return! Paul was a very accommodating and quickly replied to all inquiries. Thank you for a great stay!

Lincoln Station is the best

Have always loved Lincoln Station. Condo is spacious and clean. Bed arrangement is perfect for our needs. My son was disappointed that club house was closed (mold issue which they are correcting) but we didn’t run into any inclement weather so we truly did not need it. Outdoor pool is fabulous. Our only issue was with a broken dryer but banisters of deck and sunny skies worked. Owner responded that it was being replaced soon.

Wonderful long weekend

This property was very nice. It was clean, well equipped, in a great location and all around great rental. The owner was easy to communicate with and very friendly. Would definitely rent again.

Lincoln Condo

Very nice condo that suited the needs of four girlfriends - bedroom and bathroom arrangements were great and a comfortable place to gather and to watch the patriots game on a large screen tv. We hated to leave. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Hope to return.

Great condo

Perfect location for our baby sister’s 60th. Condo was very clean and comfortable for the 5 sisters. Enjoyed the pools and hot tub. The house is very open and roomy. Would definitely rent again!

Cute place, super close to everything

The condo was a nice clean end unit. Very comfortable space, quiet but easy quick access to Loon/Lincoln activities. Most things are in great condition. Washer/Dryer is small and doesn’t work well. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it was nice and had anything you might need…including a dishwasher. The living room was very comfortable and cozy. The only drawback was the pool/game house. (This is not the condo owners fault, but it’s a feature we look for in rentals because we have kids.) The indoor pool was padlocked shut. The outdoor pool was nice, but the wooden deck steps were rotting. There was yellow caution tape around the balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. The gaming area had huge peeling chunks of wallpaper and the games were in sad shape.

Wonderful, relaxing vacation

The house was spacious, comfortable and convenient for our stay in Lincoln. The location was just past the stores and restaurants yet was very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed for cooking some meals, just bring the groceries. We made smores at the fire pit and enjoyed the fireplace while watching Netflix on the rainy, chilly evenings. Bedrooms were comfortable and private. The properties pool was convenient and clean. Great place for vacation.

Big and bright!

We come up to Lincoln every year and, now that we've found this unit, we can only hope to get it every time. The unit is clean, roomy, bright and close to the pool house. Plus, it's right near the center of town and right off the highway.

We're the proud owners of a comfortable, well-maintained 3BR/ 2.5BA Townhome in Lincoln Station, directly located on the Loon Mountain shuttle bus route and just steps to local bars, restaurants and shopping. We're a family of 4, with two girls (ages 8 & 5) and enjoy the unit with guests of all ages, adults or children.

Why they chose this property

The unit is super-comfortable and nicely maintained. It's clean & neat...perfect for couples and adult getaways, or for families. It's clear there' s pride of ownership when you enter. The property is well cared for, but relaxed so that you can enjoy your time there, be it inside by the large TV and propane fireplace, or outside on the deck, with the gas grille and fire pit. It's located just 200 feet from the clubhouse and indoor/ outdoor pool and Pemigewasset River. Its also located directly on the Loon Mountain Shuttle Bus route and is just steps to downtown Lincoln and its most popular restaurants, pubs and shops.
