We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were always there for any questions. We were locals and allowed us to drop things off early before checkin. We would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed the location of the house to the beach. The house was clean and our kids loved the pool. We had a few hiccups - but the property owners were quick to rectify and make things right. We would stay again.

The best house!

This house is one of the best rentals Iโ€™ve ever stayed in. It has beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, bikes, floatsโ€ฆ anything you need, itโ€™s provided. Itโ€™s about a 3 minute walk to a quiet and beautiful part of the beach. We will definitely rent this house again.

Christmas vacation

We arrived on Christmas Eve. Stayed until New Yearโ€™s Day. We had a wonderful family vacation. Itโ€™s a Beautiful spot. The owners answered any questions we had right away. The pool was warm and itโ€™s a short walk to a beautiful beach.

Great location

Upon arrival the house was not as clean as normally expected, we had to clean the entire house on our first day of vacation and that wasnโ€™t fun. The property is very close to the beach and we all loved that and the host answered all my questions in a timely manner and was very attentive.

We had a fabulous vacation in Fort Myers Beach.

We had a fabulous vacation in Fort Myers Beach. This house was perfect for us. Our group was five adults and two toddlers. One of the adults rented the mother-in-law suite on the first floor. It was great to all be together in one house. The pool was great for the adults as well as for the little ones. The beach is only two blocks away and itโ€™s an area of the beach that is not very crowded which we loved. Our host was wonderful and responded to any questions that we had immediately.

Home, great property, nice and roomy! All the amenities, everything you need on the property

Don't miss this place for your next visit to FMB, the owners have thought of everything to make your trip feel just like home. I cannot list all of things you forgot or thought you needed, but don't worry Neil and Jen got your back, from a cart to carry your stuff to the beach, to toys, life vests, anything you would have at your house is at this home. It's like they left you their house to keep safe for them while they are away, all you need is food, clothing and bath articles....everything else is literally provided. We will be renting again.

Location Location

We had an amazing month long girl trip at this lovely home. The LOCATION was perfect. The beach was a short walk at the end of the street, everything you need for the beach is included, beach chairs, beach towels, bikes that we used everyday. The pool was wonderful too. The home had plenty of room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms which came in handy with 3 women. The tram was just a short walk down the street and shuttled us to time square, where there is plenty of shopping and restaurants. Neil and Jen were wonderful hosts, always available for any questions and they were very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Fort Myers Beach - Mid Island

This is a great property located "mid-island". Located about 1-1.5 miles from the shopping district. It is close to the beach with very easy access, but also has a pool if you prefer lounging without the beach. It is a beautiful home and had plenty of space for our entire family (and dog). This is probably one of the best "outfitted" VRBO homes we've rented through the years. They truly provided everything you need. It was great to have bikes, coolers, beach cart, towels and all the other "extras" for a comfortable stay. The owners are very accommodating and easy to work with. Thank you for a relaxing, fun week!

Great property, great location!

This is a great find! The setup was ideal, the pool was fantastic , and beach access is at the end of the block. My only suggestion would be to add TVโ€™s to the bedrooms so that everyone can enjoy a little peaceful seclusion at the end of the day.

We had a great experience renting this beach house. The house was clean and had plenty of room for 8 of us. This house is a short, easy walk to the beach - very conveniently located to anything you might need. There is a lovely pool in the back that we used a ton! The house includes lots of extras - beach cart, beach chairs, bikes, floats, coolers - they had it all! The owners were in touch and answered any questions that we had. We highly recommend this rental. We had a great week at Fort Myers Beach!

Nice home with pool & close to beach..

The homeowner was very responsive. The check in and check out process was easy. We enjoyed the pool, riding bikes around the neighborhood, going to the beach each evening and watching the beautiful sunset and swimming. The beach access path was very convenient. The home as well cared for. I would recommend this Home for a family vacation.

This was a great place to stay. Close to the beach access. Owners were great.

We had a wonderful time. There were 4 adults and 4 children. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We loved the pool! Neighborhood was quiet and the house was walking distance to the beach and a couple of places to eat. I recommend eating at Fresh Catch Bistro. They also had very nice beach chairs and umbrellas to shade the sun. Highly recommend. Thanks again to the owners for being very responsive and friendly.

Vacation get away.

To attend a sweet sixteen, and a weeding this vacation was well needed. Home wiener were great always in contact with me on my drive down. Location was wonderful. When we didnโ€™t want to go to the beach the pool was nice place to chill. Would do it again.

We had a lovely stay and the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful through the whole stay! The pool was a wonderful addition to our beach days and it was cleaned multiple times throughout the week by the hosts! All the bikes and beach gear was also very exciting to be able to use! What a perfect getaway spot!

We were a party of two couples. This house was perfect. This place is spotless. The mother-in-law suite gave one couple complete privacy when needed. It opens onto the pool area which our fellow travelers enjoyed. Beach vacation incidentals were ALL there. Need a bogey board? Got one. Bikes? I believe there were 6. Tons of beach towels. A little rolly thing to bring your stuff to the beach. An insulated bag for food. Beach toys for kids. Balls -football, soccer, possibly others. Family friendly games in the drawers beneath the tv in the living room. OH! And! Wonder of wonders! A magnifying mirror in the master suite!! I donโ€™t know if it is there intentionally or if a former guest left it, but it was very much appreciated! The kitchen is fully stocked with about every possible cooking need. The appliances appeared to be quite new. Everything we used was fully functional. The bed in the master suite (where we slept, canโ€™t comment on the other beds) was really comfortable and done up with gorgeous Tommy Bahama quilt and pillow shams. So much storage room! Lots of hangers in the closet and many, many drawers to use. Thereโ€™s a small living room area, but we spent most of our time gathered on the screened porch. This place is spotless. And the location canโ€™t be beat. One block from the most gorgeous beach this beach lover has ever seen. Itโ€™s perfect for walkers (relatively hard pack near the water) and farther back, sand which is super fine and easy on the feet. It extends for miles. The north end seems to be more party oriented with beach-side bars. Most of it, however, is just pure family friendly beach. The water is quite shallow for quite a ways as you enter the water, also a good thing for kids. Did I love this place?? You bet! Would I return? Absolutely!
