Well located apartment with a lovely view

The apartment is a great base for a family skiing holiday, only a short walk to ski lifts/rental hire shops/lesson meeting points. It is fairly small but provides all you need and the view from the window/balcony is lovely.

Perfect location with stunning view

Great location and apartment. Well suited for short ski break. Clean and up-too spec. Fast and prompt communication with owner. Would love to stay again. FeedbackNo cleaning pack was provided. Management agency wasn’t able to accommodate check out at 8:30AM, so had to sign an additional waiver agreement for non attended inventory check.

Great location and apartment adequate

The accommodation is adequate. It did what it said however it could do with a few tweaks, pillows were terrible and could do with more only one flat pillow made for a very uncomfortable bed, the sofa needs cushions, there is only ONE mug provided!! Water pressure isn’t great so don’t expect a great shower. High expectations around the cleaning for checkout but no cloths provided to help with carrying out the cleaning. The collection point for the keys is quite a walk away that wasn’t fully understood before booking and delayed our skiing the afternoon of arrival. Location is AMAZING though which made the little annoying things better. We could just about ski back to the apartment so couldnt ask for a better location and because of that we would return.

L’appartement est trĂšs agrĂ©able, bien rĂ©novĂ©, propre et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. Il est trĂšs bien situĂ©, au pieds des pistes et proches des commerces. La vue est magnifique et le coin nuit en mezzanine est vraiment un plus. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

L'appartement est tel qu'il est décrit dans l'annonce, propre, bien agencé. Les pistes sont a 30m de la sortie de l'immeuble avec un acces direct a transarc. Si la neige est présente, le retour peut se faire skis aux pieds en passant entre les immeubles.

Points positifs: appartement proche centre station (commerces, restaurants, boulangerie), Propreté, appartement fonctionnel, calme, balcon avec superbe vue, communication avec le propriétaire (réponse trÚs rapide), literie confortable, reprise/remise des clefs avec la conciergerie des montagnes au top! Idéal pour une famille de 4, 5 personnes. Rapport qualité/prix : correct. Points négatif (pas forcément lié à l'appartement): résidence avec énormément d'escaliers (demi-étage),pas pratique pour acheminer les bagages, pas de parking propre à la résidence (difficulté pour stationner et décharger/charger les bagages. Pas de départ et retour ski aux pieds possible. Je recommande cette location

Appartement en tout point conforme à l'annonce, nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour de 6 jours aux Arcs. Emplacement vraiment parfait, tout proche des remontées mécaniques, vue magnifique sur le Mont Blanc. Communication facile avec le propriétaire et sur place avec le service de conciergerie.
