This old stone family barn typical of the Lot is nestled on the heights of the small village of Salviac, in a quiet and peaceful environment.

Accommodating 7 to 9 people, the barn consists of several comfortable living areas.
On the ground floor, you will find a large air-conditioned room with kitchen (fully equipped) and dining room open to a warm living room.
Also on the ground floor, a WC and a double bedroom with shower room.
On the ground floor, a mezzanine with a futon sofa bed (which can be used as an extra bed), a toilet and a double bedroom with shower room.
On the second floor, a triple bedroom with WC and shower room.

You will enjoy the garden and the shaded terrace, overlooking a small grove of oaks. Perfect for relaxing moments with the family!

Located between Cahors and Sarlat, this rental will allow you to enjoy the surrounding countryside, local life and the great tourist sites of the Lot and Périgord.
Many outdoor and cultural activities are available to you (walks, hikes, mountain biking, local markets, canoeing, climbing, municipal swimming pool in the village, tourist towns and villages, castles, vineyards and gardens...). All the documentation will be made available to you in the cottage.

You will find in the village all the local shops you will need during your stay (SuperU, restaurants, bakery, tobacconist, newsagent, bars, municipal swimming pool, ...).
