Charming country house between lot and dordogne

Let yourself be charmed by a single-storey house, 4 bedrooms with private pool, not overlooked. In the heart of nature. On the border between the Lot department and the Dordogne, with its local products, picturesque villages and outdoor activities.

Quiet and relaxing place, interesting for a rental with friends and family. Swimming afternoons and barbecue evenings are yours. Close to activities such as: cycling and/or mountain biking, hiking, golf 30 minutes away and of course swimming and canoeing (Dordogne nearby). But also fishing, hunting, horseback riding. Possibility of aerial activity (see owner). Place to visit: Rocamadour, Padirac, Sarlat, Dome, Lascaux and many typical villages. The castle of Beynac and Castelnau, the castle of Milandes (Joséphine Backer). In short, the week will be too short to see everything.

Cleaning fee included in the rental price

Plan for electricity costs for the period from October 1 to May 31. Read the metre when the tenant arrives and leaves.

The accommodation was well furnished and equipped.The location was idyllic. The pool area was very well laid out with ample loungers and parasols. Plenty of on site parking.The hosts could not have been more welcoming and helpful.Salviac is a delightful and interesting French town with a very good supermarket with easy driving distance.All in all a very enjoyable 2 week break in accommodation and an area that would be on our “places to stay again”.Many thanks Ana and Phillipe.

Tranquil Quiet and Brilliant

This property is situated in a stunning area, slightly off the tourist track yet close to the Dordogne, Sarlat and the local large town Gourdon. The pool was a great size and our dog loved the adjoining meadow. The house was of a tradional style and had everything you could need with a well appointed kitchen and new appliances. Throughout Ana and Phillipe were attentive hosts and very helpful in providing information on how best to enjoy the area. We are already planning our return journey.

Excellente location que je recommande vivement. Les hôtes sont très disponibles et très accueillants. La maison est très fonctionnelle et très propre. La piscine est un plus. On a passé un très bon séjour en famille.

Een heerlijk huis met mooi zwembad. We hebben met het hele gezin genoten van de omgeving. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. In een tijd waar de zomers warmer worden denk ik wel dat een airco prettig was geweest.

L'accueil réservé par Jean-Luc et Michel fût très chaleureux. nous avons apprécié les fruits, la délicieuse confiture de pêches. Il y avait même tout pour le petit déjeuner du lendemain.La maison, située à 3 km de Saint céré, rustique et meublée avec goût est confortable et bien équipée en vaisselle.Le jardin est magnifique, la terrasse est très agréable et la piscine partagée avec les hôtes ne l'est pas moins.Merci à Jean-Luc et Michel

Séjour agréable dans le région de Lot

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons tout de suite eu un bon feeling grâce à votre accueil chaleureux. La maison est très belle et propre et on a adoré la piscine, bien sûr! Le calme et la tranquilité étaient exacetement ce qu'il nous fallait. On a un séjour agréable avec la famille.
