This house is in the perfect location to enjoy everything Lexington has to offer. 5B/4Ba, two kitchens, and extra accommodation in the lower living room with two futons, all decorated with an industrial style featuring art inspired by the bourbon industry and horse racing. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, parks, Kroger Field, UK Campus and Rupp Arena. Short drive to Downtown, Distillery District, Keeneland, Bourbon Trail and much more!

Notes:
-This home is divided in two units. Booking through this listing gives you access to both units. Each has a separate entrance, kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry room.

-We use quality Zinus green tea mattresses. These are firm mattresses, so if you prefer a soft mattress, we recommend you book elsewhere

Great comms with owner. Place was fantastic. Stayed with several couples and traveled to some Bourbon Trail locations and Keeneland...centrally located to all. Would stay again.

A group of ten of us spent several days in the Lexington and Louisville area to check out the Bourbon Trail. The house was in a convenient location and the accommodations more than met our needs.

House was located perfectly for our group. The host worked with us when we got in a little early, and we were able to check-in. Walking distance to tons of spots, and a short drive/Uber to campus or downtown. The house was everything our group could have asked for.

Great fit for our needs

We were a group of women coming in town for a conference. We loved the locations and the property was perfect for what we needed. It was nice to have the separate spaces for bed but also a living space where we could all meet together

Charming home, terrific neighborhood, thoughtful hosts

We were three couples exploring the Kentucky Bourbon Trail and stayed two nights in Lexington at this charming home. More space than we needed, but loved the room it gave us to spread out. I messaged our hosts about hair dryers and they graciously offered to provide extras if needed. Loved the onsite parking and easy walk to neighborhood restaurants. We'd highly recommend.

Just What We Needed

House was walkable to UK, in a pleasant neighborhood, and comfortably accommodated 7 adults in separate beds. Finishes were nice, and everything was clean. Our host was responsive and helpful.

Friends Bourbon Trip

This location was great. We were close to the Distillery District and within walking distance of restaurants. We had a small problem with hot water that was quicky resolved by the property manger and even on a Sunday. Even though the couples staying upstairs had to go outside to join the couples downstairs, the house was very comfortable for 5 couples.
