Condo Notice: Our condo association has a planned property project schedule for Oct. 2026 - Dec.2026. There is a possibility that this could push into Jan. 2027. We anticipate workers being on property, but not inside condos, during the weekdays, from 7am to 7pm. Noisy work is permitted from 8am to 6pm. There will not be any work on weekends, nor Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve though New Year's Day)

Even though there is a king bed in the private bedroom, many guests opt to sleep on the queen Murphy bed so that they can wake up to the sunrise on the ocean front. Enjoy the large 37" flat screen TV in the living room or a nice 26" Flat Screen TV in the bedroom. This condo has the full kitchen, a lovely new kitchen table, a new modern looking sofa and a new recliner. The bathroom and living room have been repainted in a fresh white color and the shower was updated with a walk in shower December 2025.
