Welcome to Phoenix V Unit 1007. Enjoy your stay in a COMPLETELY REMODELED/UPDATED 10th floor condo.

Let the soft ocean colors, vinyl plank floors, ship lap walls and stunning views surround you with the relaxation of Coastal Living. This is a perfect getaway for couples or families as this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit comfortably sleeps five.

·      Living Area: Beach decor complete with ship lap feature wall, Queen Sofa Sleeper, Twin Chair Sleeper, recliner chair, accent tables, flat screen TV/DVD and "Fireplace" console for that special ambiance

·      Kitchen: Shines with all new counter tops, sink, fixtures and is fully equipped with all new Stainless Steel Appliances as well as new small appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker and an air fryer

·      Dining: Enjoy your meals from the ship lap breakfast bar or the new table seating for four

·      Master bedroom: Features Ship lap accent wall, King sized bed as well as a flat screen TV

·      Bathroom: Updated fixtures throughout, Tub/Shower combination

·      Balcony: Breath-taking Gulf Front views and a sea-breeze, table seating for four and a lounger

·      Laundry: Full sized washer and dryer

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Great resort

Awesome views, great condo, friendly staff Next time we will not pick a unit above pool area because of kid noise but that’s on me. We had a clogged tub the first day and it was fixed within a couple of hours. Highly recommend

Great location and view

The room has a great balcony view of the beach. The kids liked the splash pad and pool. The room could have been cleaned better before we arrived. The floors were dirty and tub did not drain well. Our 6 year old slept on the pull out sofa bed. It barely held his weight, so I would not suggest an adult sleep there. The kitchen was nice. Overall we had a good time and enjoyed our stay.

Not the best.

This condo had so much potential! Cute decor, but it was so dirty we didn’t even stay. It took two days to get in touch with the appropriate person to talk to about it. Once reached, the manager was very helpful. This condo building is so large you have to wait in line to get on an elevator. Not where you want to stay for a quiet weekend getaway. We will not return, but I did appreciate the managers help once we spoke.

Beautiful view & spotless condo

This is our second time staying in the Phoenix V condo and we absolutely love it! It’s such a perfect setting for families with the splash pad and pool all right on the beach. It’s hard to find condos that have a splash pad as well so we loved that too. The condo was spotless, sheets smelt clean & bleachy fresh. I loved how the triple sheet technique was used for the bedroom too so it didn’t feel like you were sleeping with a dirty blanket. Plenty of towels were provided and enough essentials to start the vacation as well. The only thing I would suggest is to hang black out curtains in the bedroom so it stays dark, it gets pretty light in there and it would be nice for that to stay dark like the living room & Kitchen at night. But otherwise we loved it. Would highly recommend to family and friends as well!

Check in process was not provided. But once we arrived at Phoenix V. Front desk was delightful. Understand we own rental property so felt check in property location would have been helpful. We stopped in Btett Robinsin office in Gulf Shores and they gave us specific address for our location. View great outdoor plenty of room everything . Hail storm was unexpected but Act of nature . Windshield 2 days later . Rental veh had nothing to do with condo. We loved the buggy's by the way

We love to stay at Phoenix V! This year was a little Wonky with the storms but it was wonderful to still be able to come for our visit. Our room met our usual expectation of clean and comfortable.

Wonderful views

Condo was very clean. The views are wonderful. I have no complaints at all. The only thing that needs to be changed is they dont have hardly anything to cook with in the kitchen. Had to use a metal soon to just turn food while we cooked.
