**CONSTRUCTION** Several balconies in the west building will be undergoing patio coatings with an estimated completion date at the end of February 2026, Scaffolding is set up blocking beach views throughout the south and west ends of the building.

High Pointe W43 This lovely, Gulf-front condo is ideal for your next beach vacation with family and friends. The bright interior and inviting furnishings make this space feel comfortable and beachy. Enjoy each morning on the balcony with a cup of coffee as you look out over the blue water and white sand below. Once everyone has begun to start the day, whip up a delicious breakfast and head out to have a day full of fun.

On-site facilities include a children's playground, a lagoon-style pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and beach access. When everyone has had their fill of the sun, head back up to the balcony for a glass of wine while watching the sunset. If you are really wanting to treat yourself, draw a bath in the primary bedroom and soak to the sound of crashing waves before dozing off to recharge for the next day.

Situated between Rosemary and Alys Beach, this condo is across the street from a hub of local shops, cafes, and restaurants. For a great way to spend a morning, book a tee time at Camp Creek Golf Club just two miles from the complex. For a little more action, take the scenic 10-mile drive up to Pier Park for unlimited shopping options as well as attractions nearby such as Gulf World and Aaron Bessant Amphitheater. Camp Helen State Park and Carillo Beach are nearby and offer a bit of peace and quiet with trails and secluded beaches.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
