**CONSTRUCTION** Several balconies in the west building will be undergoing patio coatings with an estimated completion date at the end of February 2026, Scaffolding is set up blocking beach views throughout the south and west ends of the building.

High Pointe W25 Kick back and leave your worries at home in this gorgeous beachfront home. Prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen and then gather around the dining table for meals. The private balcony is the perfect place to sip a morning cup of coffee or spend time after a day at the beach.

This home is located in the High Pointe Resort and offers a shared pool and beach access as well as other resort amenities like a shared pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and shuffleboard! Though there is unlimited fun to be had, this condo also features a desk setup available if you need to get a bit of work done while you're away. Everyone will want to come back to this dreamy oasis year after year.

Conveniently located in the heart of Rosemary Beach this home is near many local restaurants that are within walking distance. Enjoy dining at Percado Seafood Grill and Rooftop Bar or enjoy desserts at La Crema Tapas and & Chocolate. Shop around at the 30A Store at Rosemary Beach for fun hoodies and apparel or Patchouli's for organic bath, body and home items. For some outdoor activities away from the beach, head to Camp Helen State Park and rent a paddleboard or kayaks to explore the inlet!

Great location

The unit was clean, updated, & comfortable. The views were great and the walking distance to the pool, beach, & town was easy. The balcony furniture was nice and sturdy. There were no pillows or blankets on the couches (which made the place seem a little “cold”), and the WiFi was terrible, but we weren’t there to work so it was ok. Also, several of the outlets on the mirror wall didn’t work, but overall we enjoyed the room.

Long weekend with my girls and grandson

Everything was perfect!! Condo, resort, beach, town..can’t say enough good things!! We will definitely be back. Two issues that need to be addressed: there was a minor bug problem and the dishwasher was broke.

The location was amazing. The coffee maker was broken so we ended up Insta-carting a new one and leaving it there (enjoy)! The dishwasher also would not work. All else was great!

On the beach on 30a

Pros - right on beach facing water. Not as many chairs and people on beach as some others. Crabby Steve’s restaurant on property. Huge pool. Unit very clean. Cons - had to wear wristband everywhere. Had to go to Vacasa to pick up other 2 wristbands. I would have liked a 3br 3ba (although the unit was the size advertised). Overall, I would stay there again.

Solid Rental

I vacation a few times a year and have had a wide range of experiences renting condos and vacation properties. This condo I would deem as solid/good. The beds slept well, the unit was clean, and the complex (though older) has much to be desired. The washer and dryer looked new and functioned beautifully and the furniture in the bedrooms were solid. The couch and chairs in the main room were starting to show some wear but were do-able for a short stay. The TV's were solid and we were able to stream nightly with the internet in the condo. The things that keep this rental from being great were that the kitchen utensils and pans were beyond basic and worn out (the toaster barely functioned), there were no cookie sheets in the entire condo, and all of the electrical plugs were so worn that all of our chargers would fall out of the wall. Even with those things, I would rent this unit again as it was a good value for the money.

Drop dead ocean view

Drop dead ocean view,!! Everywhere you look there is ocean colon from the Master bedroom and living room. There’s a lovely balcony with four hightop chairs overlooking the water and the dunes. It’s a lovely unit but the listing is a little deceiving because it was much smaller than it appeared because of the mirrors. One whole wall in the main room living dining area is all mirrored. Smart landlord. But a lot of things were missing. Kitchen utensils and supplies Limited. No colander, not enough teaspoons, pots dirty, primary lightbulb in bedroom lamp out, sole soap bar size pathetic, Also, there were no games at all. no nightlight in the bathroom, not enough towel bars for second bedroom. Now the pluses: Shower was excellent and water was always hot. Excellent Security so we always felt safe and didn’t have to worry about our belongings; crabby Steve’s so convenient; check in and check out procedures ran very smoothly. Great location, close to village shopping. Good restaurants nearby too, especially Cowgirl Kitchen white pizza & the chocolate fondue & chocolate chip cookies & tapas at La Crema. Don’t miss old Florida fish house.

Our stay at Property ID 1945802

We really loved our stay here! The unit was the perfect size for us and would be spacious enough for two more people. The unit was cleaned well before our arrival and included small complimentary items for the kitchen and laundry (detergent pods, dish soap, sponge, etc). The community was also clean, very safe, and well kept. It was walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and downtown. In full transparency, we could hear every noise from the renters above us (noise beyond their foot traffic). The only downfall to our stay was our experience with Vacasa (property management). Prior to our stay I called and emailed ahead of time to see if there was a chance for early check in or a space to store our bags since our flights got in 5 hours prior to check in. We were told no to both questions. About 3 hours prior to check in we received a text with check in details and the offer to store our bags in the office. Prior to our trip, I also asked if chairs/umbrellas and bikes were included in the rental; again, I was told no. When asking the chair rental company on the beach, they told us that the rental unit was included in the list of complimentary rentals for both chairs and bikes and that the management company has the same list. It seemed like the property management crew was unorganized and answered no to everything as a quick reply since the beginning of their email noted an apologize for a delayed response due to high demands in inquiries. However, this wouldn't keep us from renting somewhere else now that we know this is just how they function. We would definitely rent this unit or another unit on the property again!
