Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

The living area is furnished with a plush sofa, a cozy armchair, and a 55” Smart TV where you can enjoy Netflix, YouTube, or cable channels. A farmhouse-modern design sets a warm, inviting tone, making it an ideal spot to curl up with a good book or gather for a quiet evening indoors.
Kitchen and dining
Meals are easy to prepare in the remodeled kitchen, which features stone countertops, sleek stainless steel appliances, and warm wood cabinetry. If you are not able to rent a car or drive then do no worry! Colorado Springs has some great options for public transportation. The main bus terminal is a few blocks away.

This residence features two separate units that are both short term rentals–one main level suite and one upper level suite. The two units share the front door, but each unit has a private entrance. This is a historic 136 year old home! Please know older homes come sometimes creaky floors, and other quirks.
This home has two window AC units, one in each bedroom window. Kindly note there is no central AC in this unit.
For safety, security cameras are installed outside the property. No cameras are inside the property for your privacy.
