Comfortable Stay for Family Visit, Convenient Location
We were in town for an event at the Broadmoor and a few days of sightseeing. The property is walking distance to downtown and quick access to the highway so it was easy to get everywhere! The property is great with spacious bedrooms and plenty of space to stretch out inside and outside. Highly recommend!
The Pine House was awesome! It was perfectly located for the activities we wanted to do around Colorado Springs. House was very clean through out. Info cards in each room were a nice touch to let you know of any of the particulars for that spot in the house. Beds were very comfortable. A/C & fans worked like a charm (was pretty hot out during our visit). Front porch was perfect place to sit with a cup of coffee in the morning and read the paper (or scroll thru your phone). TV with access to several streaming apps included was a huge plus. Was initially worried about the proximity of the house to the highway, but unless you are sitting outside all day long, you wouldn't even know it's there and once inside, didn't hear any traffic noise. Yard is very nice size for kids to play or if you have a pet. The Adirondack chairs outside (made of skis!) were really cool and another nice place to just sit and relax.Only things I would have Wes & Abigail address would be: (these are pretty low priority and would make the house a 6 star rating!!)- curved shower curtain would be a plus (soap dispensers on the wall made it feel like a tight fit... I'm 6'2 and 250#)- note/indication of "low" ceiling over the sinks in the bathroom (Ceiling is about 6'3" and I'm 6'2")- driveway had large puddles after the rainOverall, we thoroughly enjoyed the Pine House and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in/near the Colorado Springs area.Thank you Wes & Abigail!
Everything was amazing! Comfortable beds, clean house. The host really thought of everything and made this little rental just like home!

My girlfriend Abigail, and myself live and work locally here in Colorado Springs. I'm an aircraft mechanic at the US Air Force Academy. She works as a realtor for Keller Williams. We love Colorado and all that it has to offer. We want to give our guests the very best stay and show off our great city and state.
Why they chose this property
The Pine House is located in the sweet spot between downtown CO Springs and Old Colorado City. It is located in the historic hardworking neighborhood, but gives to good feel of community. You'll see many signs in the neighborhood saying "I love OCC", showing the pride the locals that live here.
What makes this property unique
The Pine House is a beautifully remodeled home that was originally built in 1895. It sits on a corner lot that has great privacy and a large fenced yard. We're one the only vacation rentals that have a private mural and sitting area.
