1 Week in Vannes

The apartment was excellent for our needs. It has a double bed and two single beds. Ideal for a family, or recommended for a short trip for 4 adults. Easy to reach from the highway! The location, about 10 min outside the old town, ideal! Nearby it has a Carrefour which is also in max. 10 to reach! The central bus hub is also in 10 min to reach. What we find somewhat lacking: You are not personally introduced, so you have to find out everything yourself. The contact with the apartment management runs via e-mail, which works pretty well and it is helped. Basically, however, a good accommodation that we can recommend!

Nice location - zero to 1 support for issues

Stayed here before. Washer and Dryer were both small (by American standards) but worked. Dirty dishes, dirty flat wear and dirty small kitchen appliances plus teeny spiders in various corners, dirty heating radiators, dusty baseboards, etc. gave me lots of enjoyable time cleaning up as much as I could. Second stay stank because the dryer doesn’t now work, there is a water leak in the living room ceiling, and it was less clean upon arrival than when I left it in the summer. Conciergerie gets a zero frm me.

The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of the town centre and supermarket. The apartment was well equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher...home from home! The garage was secure and had easy access from the apartment. Our host Mailys was very helpful in getting us settled in and was available by phone should we have needed anything. Overall the apartment was very comfortable and we spent 3 weeks exploring the town of Vannes and surrounding area. This was our second stay in the apartment.. the first being 2 years ago.

On était HS Cordialement Françoise VEYSSIER

Worst customer service and liaison imaginable

The flat was very nice but holiday absolutely ruined by two things. Cocoonr emailed to say that we would be met at the door at an agreed time and shown around. No one was there and we have no information about how to access the flat. After much phoning and texting, finallyl was told to collect keys from half a mile away and still had no information about how to find the private parking. Then the door to the flat wouldn't lock - we spent the whole holiday with the main door to the flat unlocked and wasted hours trying to get someone to come and look. We were told it was fine even after i sent a video saying it was impossible to lock. The concierge business then sent someone who couldn't lock it eitiher. Despite all this, the company refused to make any discount and were just horrible to deal with.
