This place was super fantastic. Family of four with two kids loved being so close to a fabulous street with all the shops (food and retail) plus restaurants you could ever dream of for a charming Parisian stay. Easy to walk many places. Home was well equipped and decorated so cute. I am often let down by rentals. This one I would absolutely come back to!

This place was great for our need. It was clean and very comfortable for 2 people, there were no cramped spaces. They provided a lot of support information regarding surrounding areas and appliance usage. We were lucky to be next to Marche Montorqueil and Sentier metro. While the area is very active with people, we didn't hear a peep in our apartment. The host was available if we needed, but so much was good upfront, we didn't need to communicate.

Beautiful apartment. Fabulous location with a street close by with many cafes and stores. It was very quiet and air conditioned. They have hairdryers and American to European converters All was walkable and the metro is super close to go to the larger attractions. . We took Ubers at times but didn’t really need to. Many cobblestone streets so walking shoes are really helpful. Took a food tour that was fun! Tasted all of the common foods and cheeses of Paris! We toured the Louvre and Notre Dame. Our host met us at the apartment and went over details. Highly recommend this place for English speaking visitors!

Prior to booking with Livin Paris, communications with the host were excellent. All questions were answered thoroughly and promptly. We were able to check in earlier than usual check in time, useful for travel from US with early plane arrival. We were greeted almost immediately by a guide who gave us a tour of the apartment and instructions for use of amenities. The apartment itself was spotless and very comfortable. We had everything we needed right there, even a washer/dryer which made packing light possible. There are grocery shops steps from the apartment making it so convenient for meals, beverages and snacks. The area itself is bustling with many cafes and shops, all within walking distance. The metro is within a block. All travelers on this trip (3 women) gave 5 stars for this experience (quite impressive!). Thanks to Bastien & Elise for a helping us with our wonderful Paris vacation experience!

A great stay in a convenient location, we walked almost everywhere. We loved having the seating area and the kitchen. A great place for couples with two bedrooms and bathrooms. There is an elevator but you do need to walk the last flight of stairs, which isn't too hard.

Pleasant stay in comfortable apt in great location!

Location is very convenient, metro stop across the street, Rue Monteguriel across the street with shops, bistros, caves, and bakeries. Very well equipped and exactly as advertised.. would love to stay again!

The apartment was in a phenomenal location in the 2nd Arrondissement with access to a plentitude of great eateries, shops, and public transit. The communication from the property management was excellent, and check-in was super easy. The apartment itself is very comfortable. The one comment we have is that the bedrooms are listed as having queen beds, but at least one of the bedrooms has a bed that seems smaller than a queen and made it tight for two of us to sleep in. I am not sure if there is a difference between US and European queen beds, but it is something to be aware of.

A great apartment in the 2nd Arr.

A clean and comfortable apartment that is centrally located in a great neighborhood. It is close to several metro stations and adjacent to a street full of outdoor restaurants. We had a great stay in Paris.

Perfect! Great location, very clean, great host.

We chose this property for a short vacation in Paris with our two teenagers. The host communicated clearly and promptly, check in and check out was simple, and the property itself was fantastic. Comfortable and well-maintained. The location was perfect for our planned activities. Metro nearby, and plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. Highly recommend.

Amazing Location

Apartment is fantastic. Couldn’t recommend it enough. Location is amazing. Straight across the road from the Metro making it so easy to visit all the landmarks across Paris. There is a lovely street across from the apartment with cafes and restaurants. Everything is on your doorstep. Very safe area too.

Month in Paris

The location was perfect for all of our plans and explorations. A lively neighborhood with everything steps away. Loved the variety of restaurants. Apartment was as listed, beds very comfortable and pull out couch helpful for a weekend guest. Apartment had all that we needed. Staff was so helpful and extremely communicative! Thank you! Enjoyed our time in Paris.
