This cottage features a perfect location in the town of Lincoln, NH, central to all the western White Mountains have to offer, including over an acre of frontage on a beautiful stream right on the property itself (We own most everything in the back, including a large portion of the stream you can see, offering great privacy). The cottage is designed for groups or families of two to six. One MAIN LEVEL master with Queen and attached full bath, one UPSTAIRS bedroom with Queen and attached full bath, one kids loft UPSTAIRS with two twin beds, no bath. You are responsible for compliance with Rental Agreement and rules when booking.Please note: maximum of six guests. Children 7 and older, no infants without prior approval, booking adult 30 years or older unless prior approval. Home is an antique with some features which may NOT be suitable for those who have difficulty negotiating stairs or seniors with mobility issues. Please verify the number and ages of your group. All dogs must be pre-approved by owner. Many dog breeds are allowed for a modest dog fee. Please verify with owner that your dogs breed and age are ok before booking.
