You will love this amazing home right on the great Mississippi River and in beautiful Harpers Ferry, Iowa.

The mighty Mississippi , beautiful Effigy Mounds, and Yellow River State Forest all in your backyard. A pool table greets you in the living room, a large kitchen, and the prettiest views around. Ducks, geese, birds are some of the wildlife you will see with a view from every window in the cabin. Drop in your fishing line, pick up that good book, and just relax........

Winter is just as beautiful. See lots of ducks, geese, and deer right here along the river. We have a great telescope for watching Eagles coming and so much more.

We stayed over the holiday weekend and had a fabulous time in Harpers. The house was perfect for everything we needed. We had 3 families staying here and there was plenty of space for all of us. Amazing location along the river and spending time on the back deck was great (except for those pesky mosquitos). We will definitely recommend this place to our friends!

The perfect place to stay in Harper’s

We had a large group of family, half being young kids. Everything worked well for us and the property was great! The kids enjoyed fishing and we were able to enjoy boating with easy access to the house. The porch is perfect for enjoying the river. We had a great stay!

Fantastic Spot!

Dannette’s home is gorgeously set on the Mississippi River. This home had plenty of space for our large crew and was the perfect setting for our bachelor/bachelorette weekend celebration for our bride and groom. Highly recommend this spot. Hope to be back in the area soon!

Great place for large family

Two families stayed here. We had a total of 9 people. Plenty of room. Kitchen is well equipped but a bit small when you are cooking for that many people. Really enjoyed the pool table!

Cozy and Beautiful

Great location, right on the river! Enjoyed the covered deck overlooking the river. The kids enjoyed the pool table and games. Very relaxing house and community!
