On an enclosed plot of 1021m2, the house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac lined with pine trees, 50 metres from the golf tee, 5 minutes walk from the lake and 7 minutes by car from the ocean. You can also enjoy many cycle paths.
Ideal villa to gather family or friends for a relaxing and/or sporty holiday.

The house is built on 2 levels:
- On the ground floor, a master suite composed of a bedroom of 23m2 (bed of 160X200) in a quiet area and a bathroom with toilet; a laundry room with washing machine, ironing facilities, etc., and a large garage of 110m2.
- The 1st floor corresponds to the standard of living with:
-> A 10X4.5 salt water pool (secured with a perimeter alarm)
-> A terrace, part of which is covered,
->Garden furniture, a table for 14 people, deckchairs
->Barbecue and plancha

- The interior is composed of a very large "L" shaped room of 80m2, including a very well equipped open kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, blender, mixer, toaster, dishwasher..), a dining room with a table and seats for 14 people, and a living room around a beautiful fireplace. A mezzanine with TV room completes this room.
4 bedrooms on this level:
-> A master suite (bed 160X200) with bathroom (Italian shower) and toilet,
-> 1 children's bedroom dormitory with 4 bunk beds (4 times 90X200) with shower room and toilet
-> 1 other children's dormitory room with 4 bunk beds (4 times 90X190) which shares the bathroom and toilet with
-> the last master bedroom (5th bedroom) composed of a 160X200 bed, with a view of the pool.

In our garden behind the house, you can enjoy a space to play petanque. At your disposal: wifi, TV, hairdryer, baby kit (cot and high chair), board games, ping-pong table, table football, badminton rackets, 2 paddles, children's bikes...

Festive events are absolutely forbidden. The house is located in a very quiet area, and we want to keep good relations with our neighbors.

For the summer months of July and August, the rental is by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. The cleaning of 300 euros is mandatory, to be paid on site on the day of arrival at the concierge service.
On request: rental of sheets and towels (beds made on arrival): 20 euros per person.
