The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in Bay Vista steps from a peaceful canal. Less than 5 minutes to Fresh Market, Blue Coast and Jungle Jim's, restaurants and outlet shopping! Two Rehoboth Beach parking passes provided to guests for use during stay.
The beach house has 5 well-appointed bedrooms and sleeps 12 with 3.5 baths with bedding and bath towels/washcloths provided. There is a living room, an indoor beach relaxation room, a large kitchen and bar island, a yoga deck, a screened deck and a backyard with a grill and fire table. The kitchen is fully stocked will all you need to prepare meals and includes a coffee maker, toaster and microwave. There are 3 TVs and Alexa for your enjoyment. Onsite parking for 4 cars.
Rosewood Beach House is dedicated to my mother, Barbara, who loved vacationing with her family every summer at the beach. The house is perfect for families and couples and groups who are looking to relax at the beach in a clean, well-appointed home that is filled with loving touches that will make your vacation special and care-free.

Rosewood Beach House is a fun place to stay for large groups! Guest love it and all the room it has to offer for family gatherings or private space. The property is decorated with new furnishings and chic beach decor.
Rosewood Beach House has a consistent sparkling-clean 5-Star rating! I will continue to make sure it does especially in this time of COVID-19 by using cleaning products that contain 60% alcohol and products that contain virus killing bleach.
Bedding, linens, kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas are cleaned and disinfected before each guest check-in.
