This was our second stay at this property and this time was just as lovely as the first. The property owner is quick to respond to questions, provide instruction, and even advise on game day parking to his out of town guests.
The house is centrally located, is a short drive to campus, and has numerous eateries a few blocks right around the corner.
My son is a sophomore this year. We sometimes stay at hotels on our visits.... but when we have a larger group ... I always seek this specific property out. You should too! You won’t be disappointed!
Charlie’s and Savannah’s home was the perfect place for our trip to Fayetteville for the Razorback’s opening weekend game! The location was amazing and communication was great too! Thanks for a great stay :)
This is a fantastic rental that felt just like home. Charlie was great with communication, offered a seamless check-in process, and even left a couple of beers in the fridge which my 22-year old son immensely enjoyed!
We were in town for my younger son’s family weekend and the location of the rental was just a quick drive to campus and an easy Uber away for game day festivities.
The house was perfect for grandma, parents, and young adult son to have our own space but so nice to gather in the living area, share a pizza, and plan our day. The owners are plant lovers and all the greenery really added to the coziness of the home.
We enjoyed this rental and the location so much we are hoping to be lucky enough to stay here on our next visit!
A lovely, well maintained home, we felt very comfortable and well taken care of there! Hosts were very attentive. Excellent location, very close to campus and many restaurants, hiking etc. We highly recommend and would definitely rent again.
Charlie was easy to work with and a very nice/comfortable place to stay.

About the host

My wife and I bought this property in 2018 after graduating from the U of A. We live in our house when it is not being rented and we hope our guest feel as at home as we do.
Why they chose this property
Our house sits in a quite upscale neighborhood directly in the middle of town. We are a short distance from the Razorback green way trail and 5 minutes from downtown and uptown.
What makes this property unique
Fayetteville and the greater North West Arkansas Area offers so much to do on any weekend. The U of A host athletic events year round. Local parks, state parks, lakes, and rivers surround the area giving visitors lots to do outside. NWA is also home to amazing museums, zoos, and a multitude of other attractions.
We are more than happy to give any guest recommendations for things to do while staying in our home.
