There is a dining room with seating for four. The modern kitchen has granite countertops. The family room has a sofa, large screen HDTV and an adjacent golf side second dining area. The master bedroom has a king bed with a jetted tub and walk in shower in the master bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed. The guest bathroom has a large walk around shower. There is a large utility room with HE washer and dryer. The living room, kitchen and master bedroom have great views of the 9th fairway. There is a furnished patio that is open and is partially covered with an electric grill. The garage is open to guests to park one vehicle.
