This stylish vacation condo (a 2nd floor walkup) features granite counters and shower, quiet new AC, ceiling and tower fans, a well-furnished kitchen, free Wi-Fi, a 48" flat screen TV with Netflix/YouTube/HBO Max access, a comfortable new Cal King bed, balcony with lush tropical garden view, beach towels & chairs. It is ideally located close to everything and is a relaxing place to return to after a day of sight-seeing.

The balcony is very sheltered from wind and rain and is shady except in the afternoon, so is comfortable for sitting much of the day in almost any weather. The Prince Kuhio complex is friendly and casual, with vintage tropical Hawaiian ambiance. The grounds are beautiful! See our photos--they are the best description.

Start your morning sipping coffee on the balcony, enjoying the tropical garden and watching Kauai's birds. Stroll across the street to one of the top snorkeling beaches on the island. Watch surfers ride the waves just off the point. Look for large sea turtles feeding in the water off the rocks. Walk up the lane along a beautiful golf course and past a quaint boat harbor/park to see ocean views and the "Spouting Horn." Stroll down the lane to a fashionable new shopping and restaurant complex 10 minutes away. Many South Shore restaurants, resorts, beautiful beaches, hikes and golf courses are nearby (10 minutes) in Poipu. The North Shore sights are an easy day trip. Lihue airport is 25 minutes away.

Enjoy a swim or relax by our deep blue swimming pool, surrounded by lush tropical gardens and a lava rock waterfall. The pool area offers both sun and shade to meet your preference. Have a sunset cocktail or dinner at the famed Beach House Restaurant across the street. If you prefer to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped and there is a pleasant BBQ area with picnic tables onsite. Grocery stores are 10 minutes away in Koloa.
We stock our unit with a 12-cup drip coffee maker and filters, beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, guidebook, hair dryer, and starter paper and soap products. There is a coin laundry on the first floor. Parking is free just steps away in the garage or the open- air lot. We email a welcome letter to you two weeks before your arrival date, containing condo details and driving directions. We are pleased to answer your questions any time.

We encourage all our guests to consider taking out trip insurance for travel and accommodations. If you plan to return home on a late-evening flight, we suggest booking an extra night to be able to relax and enjoy the full day at the condo before you leave. A late check-out may be available--schedule permitting--for a $75 fee.
