Welcome to Kauaʻi's sunny Poʻipū. Enjoy a cozy comfortable stay in our superbly situated ground floor quiet, private end unit. This studio opens onto an east facing lanai with gentle trade winds overlooking the historical Prince Kuhio Park. Enjoy a slice of the beautiful pacific ocean 100 yards away. Comfortable breezes from tropical trade winds cool the unit but air conditioning is also an option. Prince Kuhio Condominiums are perfectly located to relax on the south side or easily venture off to other parts of the island.
Lāwaʻi beach is a small sandy beach across the street with fantastic snorkeling. There are three surf breaks off shore which are fun to watch or enjoyed by the experienced surfer. The sunrises and sunsets are fantastic.

Everyone has their opinion but I can’t imagine anyone staying here and not getting the full Aloha experience. Have been to Kauai several times and can honestly say this place gave us our most relaxing stay which made the entire experience paradise.

The perfect location for our short stay. We mostly used the rental to sleep at night but was in great proximity to all the hot spots on the southern part of the island. It was quiet at night and had everything we needed.

Great location if you like snorkeling

Just walk across the street great snorkeling. Plus a grass area, great place watch a sunset. The place is very nice for 2 people to stay for the price. I would book again.
