BEACHFRONT with Spa

Please inquire about the extra charge for any additional dog more than 1.

On the Beach front. Ocean views from almost every room. Vehicles are allowed to drive on the beach, but no atv's, thank goodness! High speed Internet, spa, fireplace, gas BBQ, large wood BBQ, large deck, patios, Flat screens TVs in every bedroom and living room, two recliners, two fold-outs, one king, one queen, 1 double. There are 3 bedrooms. One is large with a king bed and a fold-out with attached full bath. The other two have a queen and a double. They are very small and are separated by a wall and a door (not a hallway). Those in the double bed have direct access to a half bath. Those in the queen bed can privately access the full bath near the kitchen by going around a few feet outside. There are two and a half bathrooms. Washer/dryer, off street parking for three regular size vehicles.

The location is wonderful! Right on the beach, two doors down from a main street with good food and any kind of beach rental. Oceano is a very active beach, so if you are looking for access to activities, it doesn’t get any better than this. The house itself was great with plenty of seating, multiple venues to eat, and beautiful views everywhere. It was perfect for a weekend with our teenage kids.

Perfect beachfront house with stunning ocean views! You literally step off the back deck and you're in the sand. The house was fully stocked for all our needs and big enough for 6 people and our pet. The Host, Nell, was very cordial.

Our stay at this home was absolutely wonderful. Beach access was amazing. We literally spent all our time on the sand watching the ocean and the lovely sunsets. My grandkids went from sand to ocean all day, mastering their boogie boarding skills! The home was well appointed with everything we needed, great views, and a lovely Spa to end the day. We will definitely be back.

The view from the Sandollar deck was spectacular. We watched whale spouts and I saw two breach very far away. The horses riding past were a beautiful sight. We even had surfers one morning. So interesting to watch the vehicular park entrance with all the activity. We watched the bonfires pop up at night on the beach. There are two fire pits just outside your deck gate. Use the one on the right. The one next to it, on the left, is for the sister property, the Seagull. Remember to buy and bring your own wood. There is a gate on the deck for a mid-size dog if you tie it shut. The mid-day 18 mph wind gusts blow the magnetic gate open. They have lots of towels since you don’t have a washer or dryer.

Thank you, Rochelle for the kind words. It means a lot to us. We are sorry you didn't find the laundry. Sanddollar has its own private laundry with washer and dryer in an enclosure just to the left of the back door. There is an information sheet below the living room tv that explains where things are and how things work This is also a good opportunity to let folks know Sanddollar and Seagull (two separate houses on the same beachfront lot) have their own private laundries. The driveway is shared, with Sanddollar on the right (room for 3 compacts) and Seagull on the left ( (with room for two compacts). The hot tub is for guests only, used privately. Please call me for anything, anytime.

Everything was fantastic, the access to the beach was amazing to have. The place is small, but over looked that because of the wonderful views and beach access. Showers were amazing, great water pressure and hot water. Cozy beach vibes! We were welcomed to fresh tulips and a peach cobbler to bake. We will be staying here again.

Our stay was a 5plus overall!! Dr. Nell was an amazing host from booking to the end of our stay!! She welcomed us with the best call and even a delicious pie!! We stayed for 4 days, Saturday to Wednesday. We had a total of 6 adults and our dogs. The weekend is busy and lots of action being right by the entrance to the beach. It was fun watching all the cars and trucks leaving at high tide. We definitely enjoyed the weekend action but we also enjoyed the quiet and slowness during the week. The house is perfectly located with a short drive to downtown pismo. There is also a nice park within walking distance. The park was nice since our dogs prefer grass to do their business. The house is fully stocked with amenities and the best view on the strand. Pier Liquor is within walking distance to the house and has fire wood, cool hoodies and most items you might need. Old Juans Cantina is down Pier Ave and has delicious food!! We also went to Nan’s Pre-owned book store in Grover Beach that was only a 8 minute drive away and has 2 super cute friendly kitties. The house was perfect for us and we can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time!!
