Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Marais Poitevin "La Venise Verte", our country house, elegant mansion, will bring you tranquility and plenitude.<br>Upstairs: 1 master suite with its private shower room, 2 bedrooms and 1 mezzanine.<br>On the ground floor: beautiful living room with integrated kitchen, living room, dining room, billiards, bathroom<br>Outside: Jacuzzi area without vis-à-vis, terrace, garden furniture with sofas and armchairs, ping-pong table, barbecue and plancha<br>30 minutes from the sea, Fouras, 45 minutes from La Rochelle, Royan and the Iles de Ré, Oléron, Aix and Madame.<br>In July and August, reservations are made by the week from Saturday to Saturday.<br><br><br><br>

Au top !

Je remercie les propriétaires, un accueil au top avec un super sourire. La maison est bien équipé. Une vraie maison de famille, conviviale et spacieuse. Nous avons appréciés la plancha, la table de Ping Pong, le jacuzzi. Une vraie maison de vacances. À réserver les yeux fermés !!!

Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans cette maison spacieuse. Les jardin/ billard/ espace ping-pong sont bien aménagés et très appreciables. Nous avons malheureusement profité peu de temps du jacuzzi dont l'eau a très vite tournée. Il manquait quelques ustensiles de cuisine et de la lumière à l'extérieur. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux.

Merci à Nadine pour son gentil commentaire. Effectivement, le calme et la quiètude qu'il règne dans notre maison et son jardin très apprécié des vacanciers en font un lieu idéal pour se ressourcer en famille ou entre amis. Le complément en ustensiles a été effectué et la lumière supplémentaire en extérieur dans le jardin est en cours de réalisation. Ce sera avec plaisir de recevoir à nouveau Nadine et ses amis.
