Ideally located in the heart of Nice, this apartment is perfect for couples, friends, or families.

My wife and I had a great time in Nice. The location was a block away from parking and from dozens of great restaurants and then very close to great shopping and old town Nice. The accommodations were just what we needed for our stay.

Perfect stay in Nice

This cozy apartment had everything we needed for our week stay. It’s in a busy tourist area but one block from the beach and very centrally located. The apartment had an amazing outdoor terrace with barbecue which we used often to cook fantastic meals! We were in constant contact with the owner who gave excellent recommendation for everything from butchers and Patisserie to beaches and places to visit on the scoters we rented. Would definitely stay again!

We spent 4 nights here. Location is perfect. we sued it we used it for our base for several day trips. the street its on cant be beat - not more than few minutes walk to everything - grocery, cafes, beach, restaurants, you name it either. whiles its is a very lively you can't hear a thing as the apartment is in the back of the building. The patio area was quiet, sunny and nice for morning coffee or to wind down with some wine at the end of the day. Thank you David!
